Re: CC Roll Call Sunday 1-27-2008
Hey Jammie,
I know, it is a good thing to be addicted to! lol I was telling a friend the other day that I want it to become my new hobby.
I love the elliptical. It's such a great workout. When I first started I only lasted about 2 minutes as well. The key is to everyday just keep pushing yourself to go one more minute. I eventually worked up to 20 minutes!
My favorite is the group classes though. If it weren't for them I would have quit the gym a long time ago. I take Kick (my favorite right now), Groove, Interval, and Power (a weight-lifting class). I forgot which Gym you said you were a member at. I'm at Gold's Gym. Anyway, when I first started I stuck to the machines and was scared to try a group class too. But, trust me, if I can hang in there, you can!
And if you must, just stand near the back and sneak out if you really don't think you can finish.
Anyway, it sounds like you enjoy doing the bike, so maybe that's your thing. Just do what you enjoy. Thats the key. Hey, and if you get good at the bike you can try a Spin class. OMG, I'm scared to try that class! It looks Intense!
