                    Today I plan on getting some crunches and push-ups in. On Thursday something happened to my knee so I can't walk, run, bike, or do squats . I didn't think I'd be able to do push-ups since I do them on my knees, but I tried some and it felt fine. I'll just do what I can until it gets better.

                              Weekly weigh-in 222 and add 60 minutes. I actually hit a low of 220, but it only lasted a few hours Well, maybe next week! Right now I'm stiff and sore from yesterday and I wish I had a personal massage therapist
