Liz, you don't owe me! I'm glad I can help.

Only three more pounds, Chick? You'll definitely meet your goal!

Congrats to Chick, Pink, ByThree, and all those who are melting away! Keep on keepin' on! We have just under 4 weeks left!

Man I'm so bummed I won't reach my goals for this challenge. I was doing so well in the exercise department and now I'm sitting on the sidelines. I can't wait to get back in the gym. It's crazy how much I miss it and my trainer. I would have rather broken my arm than my leg at least then I could still get on a treadmill. Sorry for the rant, I'm just feeling a little sorry for myself tonight especially when I realized we have just under 4 weeks left. There's no way I'll be back on my feet by then.

Aw, Liz. I'm sorry you're bummed. Think of all the success you had in the past and know that you'll be able to do it all again after this unfortunate, forced rest period is over. You should feel good knowing that had you not gotten hurt you would have finished this challenge with flying colors. You were rockin' with the exercise! Remember ~ Energizer Bunny!

I'm curious...will you be able to swim any earlier than you can start to walk/run?

Thanks Kristine, I'm trying to stay positive, it's just hard. It's going to be a long and boring summer vacation. I'm not sure about swimming. I definitely won't be able to swim with the cast on but once I get the boot that I can take on and off I might be able to. I should ask my doctor. Thanks for the suggestion.

Liz, I feel your frustration. You were really doing brilliant. Running a 5K - I really admire you for achieving that! And getting all those personal trainings - Wow. But hey, you gotta give your body time to heal and then you can get back on track and be sure - another fun longterm exercise challenge will come our way. So take good care of yourself.

Speaking of exercise challenge.... can't remember when I last posted, but my total minutes of exercise is 1725. Weightwise I'm stalling.

Hi could you add 240 minutes for me. I won't meet the weight loss goal either, but I don't deserve to. Hopefully, I have put some stressful issues behind me and I am back on track.

100 minutes today. So, I've met my minutes goal. When I set it back in April it was a goal of 45 minutes per day. That number terrified me and I thought it would be hard to push myself to do 45 minutes a day. I never thought that I would have an average of over 60 minutes per day! Like others in this challenge I have tried hard. Although I will not make my weightloss goal...that's ok.

Blue, I'm glad to see you back. You've been present on the board since I started in February and you've been such an encouragement. It sounds like things are going more smoothly for you now ~ that's good news. I won't make my weightloss goal either, but I'm going to push to the finish line.

We need you on this board !

Keep on pushin' for your weight loss goal and you might just get closer than you think. Either way you are doing awesome!

I know I do not get here often enough. However I am down to 289 and can add 200 minutes of exercise to my goals. I have lost 15 pounds now.
