            Ok, so it's not my official weigh in, but I was down to 263 this morning Last time I weighed, I weighed in at 269...still don't think I'll make my goal, but I am going to get as close as I can!

                Hiya - well unfortunately I'm not going to achieve my goal at all for this challenge. I've got involved in a couple of major projects at work and haven't had enough time to exercise the past 2 weeks - otherwise I would have least made my total minutes goal.

                In terms of weight - I've been stalling since about mid May and haven't lost any further weight. Probably due to a major slip I've had. I've been back in super-duper Ketosis for about a month ... but nothing is moving (well except the fat% on my scale - that went down).

                Anyhow - Congratulations to all the "Goalers" !

                  Wow, I can't believe it's JULY 4th! The final day of our challenge. Thanks to all who have participated. I hate that I had to drop out half-way through because of my broken ankle but I'm proud of all of you who have been raking up the minutes and shedding the pounds.

                  My ankle is still healing. It's been 6 weeks since breaking it and I'm still not able to stand or walk. I had an appointment on Tuesday and the doctor prescribed physical therapy with weight bearing only up to 25 pounds. My foot/ankle is so stiff... I can't bend it very far and there is a numbing pain on the top of my ankle. I'm hoping things will just continue getting better. School starts in 3 weeks and I was really hoping to go back to work but the doctor said we'll just have to wait and see. He said that would be pushing things. *sigh* In the meantime I'm just trying to stay positive and take things day by day.

                  Anyway, enough about me! Congrats to everyone who reached their goals during this challenge or made progress towards them. HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!

                        OK here is my final total. Thanks Liz for getting this going and Kristine for jumping in and keeping it going. This challenge really pushed me to stay on track and I'm so happy with the results!

                            My final weight for the challenge is 228. Three pounds from my goal. Didn't make the exercise goal either. That's okay, I'm happy with my results.

                              Well I did make my exercise goal, but not my weight goal, but I feel very good with myself, so maybe next time, I think I have to be more realistic when I choose my goal, hehehe, congratulations to everyone that made their goals! great job!

                                Hey CC'ers! I do apologize for submitting the results of our challenge so late. It was brought to my attention that the final results and awards had not been given out and I came right over. I apologize for my absence on the board for so long. This ankle has really gotten the best of me. It has been 8 long weeks since my injury and FINALLY I was given the okay this week by my doctor to start putting weight on it and trying to walk. I have my physical therapy appointment today and am anxious to get started. I never imagined when I broke my ankle how long the recovery process would actually be. Thanks for all your thoughts, prayers, and encouragment along the way. I'm trying to stay positive and just take things one day at a time, but some days are really hard.

                                Anyway... I wanted to CONGRATULATE everyone for their hard work and dedication during this challenge!! You guys accomplished some amazing things. Here are the totals for the challenge:

                                21 participants lost a total of 265.9 pounds!! WOW!!
