Here nobody knows Atkins, so we dont have any Atkins products, or even lowcarb
. I cant even find the allowed sweetners.
I did buy a protein shake for athlets (the closest thing to low carb), and it endend up stalling me for a couple of days untill i cut it off!
The most difficult meal for me is breakfast.. i hate eating fat in the morning.
But on the positive side, we do have lots of fresh fish (that i love!), meats and fresh veggies available so i cant really complain much.
