Also, if you have an Aldi near you. They sell very good bratwurst at a very friendly price. £1.59 for six. They are also fairly low in carb.

thanks ill have a hunt about
both your before, during and after pics are great. My BF (a near 17 stone lorry driver) has been on this for the last 15 days and lost 15lbs aswell, he cant believe how well hes doing
