    I'm up for that challenge! Starting tomorrow, then!

    I'm also in on not having to make with the updated photo. I feel so ugly right now I don't want to update anything, so that'll be an incentive to stay on track. Still, it could be hilarious to see one of us in our jammies because someone messed up! *lol*

    I had a rough time tonight, but I'm brushing my teeth and going to bed. I can't believe how stressful moving and selling a house are.

    I'm so proud of everyone here! Thank you so much for being an inspiration to me these past few days. The humor and the forgiveness and the happy vibves are all very much noted and appreciated.

    Now let's not have to update photos!

        Ohh great now two reasons to win this little competition!

        Do I have to post a pic or only if I mess up!?

        I will take this challenge seriously ladies!!!!!!

        I have this aweful picture of me in my bikini I took the other day (not like you guys are EVER seeing it) and plan on taking pictures every ten pounds to monitor my weight lose.....so the picture thing is a good incentive. However if I cheat then I will have to re take a pic in clothes for ya! LOL :help

        Tomorrow is a full week for me....I think i have lost about 5 pounds but will confirm tomorrow.

        oppss...one more question. Is it also a cheat if we have a low carb item not on the level we are on? Example....what if I take a bite from my kid's strawberries or grab an almond?? Are we going super strick or are we talking "cheat = carbs (candy, bread etc)"

                  Maybe we should make it more specific, like a picture after a work out or something?

                    Ok, today will be a start. I wasn't able to go to the gym last night because my hubby switched cars on me and forgot to put my gym pass on his key ring. <sigh> So I have to make up for it tonight.

                    No cheats today. Last night I finished my trail mix but I didn't have dinner. All those posts about not eating 3 hours before going to bed got to me. I don't know how the **** I'm going to get on that schedule. If I don't go to bed until 3 hours after my dinner, then I'll only be getting 5 hours of sleep! :confused

                    Well anyway, back on track today! Good luck to you all! I love the competition!! I'm going to see if hubby will take my picture this weekend. I may need help getting it resized so I can put it in my signature. :help

                      Completely 100% cheat free so far today! Of course, it's only 10am here so I have a long way to go :P I have been invited to have lunch with a friend today. We're meeting at O'Charley's. I've already checked out their menu online - they have a bunch of low carb recipes. I'm thinking of getting the chicken ceasar salad. The menu says it is only one carb. If I get there and the bread starts calling my name, I'll just think of having to post a picture here and that should do it :yes

                                So, today is my Friday and YEA!!! I did get through my second cheat free day. Did I lose any weight, of course not and I don't think I am in ketosis yet either, but it will come

                                I haven't lost weight, BUT, I went and bought two new pair of slacks, I order them from JCPenney because here in Japan there are no slacks for someone who is 5'11'', and today I put on this size 18. I was worried because I have gained some weight since I fell off and not sure if I could get my posterior in an 18. They are to big. So while I am not losing weight, I do seem to be dropping inches. Hum into the dryer to see if I can't shrink them up a bit

                                I want to suggest to anyone who is new that if you keep falling off the wagon to try a one step program. First start with exercise. Don't worry about the diet or the water, just get yourself into exercise mode, for the next two weeks, get out an walk every day, period. So if you dont want to join our cheat free, join our get out and walk/exercise

                                Someday I wish the folks here would consider having a Second Time Around Forum just for those of us who do have these issues. I tried but was voted down!
