I agree, baby steps.... I didn't work out for a week and a half wen I started induction again. Now I got that down and am focusing on water. To do it all at once again just seemed so overwhelming.

happy to say cheat free also, I just keep thinking about what kind of picture I'll post if I screw up. Thinking about moving to OWL on Sunday, that'll make 3 weeks of reinduction.

413 squats so far this month!

I want to suggest to anyone who is new that if you keep falling off the wagon to try a one step program. First start with exercise. Don't worry about the diet or the water, just get yourself into exercise mode, for the next two weeks, get out an walk every day, period. So if you dont want to join our cheat free, join our get out and walk/exercise
OK. This idea so totally ROCKS. Without exercising I have a hard time sticking to plan. I have had the roughest 3 weeks, and I need to exercise.

I did have a bad afternoon and ate somethings I ought not have.

I'm definitely going to exercise tonight! This will get me back on track!

How is everyone else doing? I'm gonna have to post a picture. Does it have to be current? Or can it be older?

      Thanks Debbie!!!

          I'm all about new moments!

Here's my mea culpa since I don't have the camera software loaded to my computer since the last reformat.

Morning! I was somewhat cheat free yesterday. I did go to the gym last night and walked for 35 min. I didn't push too hard, I figured something is better than nothing. I'm having foot problems again and if I push too hard it hurts like H*&&. I will have to have surgery but the doctor is always booked up. I can't get in to even talk to him until the end of June!! So I'm going to do what I can exercise-wise.

You all are doing SO GREAT!!! I LOVE this thread!! You have no idea how motivating this is for me! :hug

Maybe you could start a new thread each week? Or start a new thread when it gets over say three pages?
That would make it easier and would mean you didn't have to scroll down so far. :hug
Maybe title it 'Second Time Arounders #2' and so on.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

This is the question, I went out last night and had seaweed soup, CHEAT or not. See I don't think it was but I can rationalize anything at this point. It was chicken broth so that was legal, but seaweed is not mentioned and it was so little an amount.
You descide. If you count the seaweed as a veggie I am 3 days cheat free.
                        WOW.

Yeah seaweed is a veggie, so therefore you're still cheat free darling!! :icondance

I'm still cheatfree too, doing these exercises being I'm doing the 6WEC #18, I did #17 already. I gain muscle easily too, I hate that, so I'm watching all resistance. I'm not ready to gain muscle yet. I gotta see that scale moooove down. But, maybe I shouldn't trip off of it, but I am.

Everybody have a wonderful weight loss weekend. Remember nothing feels as good as thin does, so with saying that, put you first not that tempting morsel or drink.

Oh well no BBQ for me, I'm trying to cut back. I will chill today, got my exercise out the way already, steadily keeping it clean. I know some of my fat cells are replaced with water, as much as I drink the stuff, I'm just waiting for the Whooshie Fairy to come on do her thing. Have a Great Memorial Day weekend (whats left of it), no work/school tomorrow, yippeeee!!!! :joy Be Blessed yall. I'm trying to get to Church this morning, praying I make it on time :nod .

I will join you all. I fell of the wagon hardcore on my birthday(may 4th). My boyfriend bought me a 50 dollar rum cake from a fine Italian bakery, along with cannoli's and other italian pastry treats...and since then i've been terrible...I was down to 132 but i think i'm up to the lower 140's again blah. So tomorrow i definately am going to get my butt back in gear back to induction. I have felt so terrible and bloated lately...I dont think i'll have any problem getting back on the wagon...its so easy, the weight comes off fast and i feel good...why have I been off the wagon for so long?! I guess Dr. Atkins was right when he said one bite of something back is a "kiss of failure". I have learned that special occasions like birthdays are no excuse for cheating. One bite of something sugary and sweet is enough to make you crazy with cravings.
