        This is great. My day was better, I managed to ignore the candy bowl, all my meals were Induction friendly, and then getting into bed I remembered the TUMS. I had the worst heart burn yesterday at noon and popped 3 TUMS, (It was either heart burn of a heart attack and the Tums did the trick), so again another day where I can't put up my cheat free sign. But 3 TUMS is better than a handful of Skittles :raving

        What about that, are any of you able to make us a "Second Time Around, Cheat Free sign that counts days. That will help, we will have something to make us accountable.

            No idea how to make anything but happy to say that I made it through the day with no mess-ups. I am still not feeling great...but now thinking it is beyond the Induction thing and just the flu now!

            I did have the big test too....I had to bake most of the day. I am a licensed home baker and had to do a big order for the local coffee shop....I did not eat or lick a thing! Ya for me!

                  I don't know how to make anything either, but I could ask my husband when he gets a second...I'll work on him....

                  Hey Debbie, did you make it to the gym?

                  I'm so sore from this weekend I had to take cpr again and you wouldn't think that's a work out, but man my back side is sore from getting up and down from the floor so many times.

                  congrats to everyone for making it through 1 more day!

                    Hi early... yes, I went to the gym and did 30 min on the treadmill... at level 10 (various inclines) speed 3.0 (fast for my short fat legs).

                    And then......... I was so hungry when I got home that while I was cooking my dinner, I had some trail mix :yikes (nuts & raisins). Dangit!!!! Today will be good. I have leftovers so when I get home tonight, I'll have "legal" food.

                      Oh, just to mention that I'm taking a class on Tuesday nights. After tonight and next Tues, I'll be done!! Soooooooo another night I can spend at the GYM!! :guns

                        Good for you going to the gym! I have not exercised once in the last 5 days.....I have no energy for it! :nono The induction flu seems to have finally passed.....no more nausea and no headache today but I am far from energetic! Hope this burst of energy hits me soon! I need to clean my house and it is past 11:30 and I still have not done a thing!!! :raving

                            LOL early, thanks. No you didn't scare me away. I don't have time to get online much at home. Besides, my work computer is much faster and I sneak on when the boss is busy :nod

                            It looks like we have a great group of people so far! I think this is going to be more fun than work!

                                Day 2 of re-induction. I was not able to pack my lunch today so we ate out - had a salad with grilled chicken, ranch dressing and water. Question for you guys - is there anything safe to eat at an Indian restaurant?
