  • Down 3!

    I've been monitoring my eating and being more careful with the carbs that I'm allowed and jumping rope for cardio--and I'm down 3lbs. since Wednesday.

    HW: 238
    SW: 215
    CW: 177
    GW: 150
    Female, 5'4", 23.8% bodyfat

    Awesome! For a total of ........ 19# down! Woo Hoo!

    I wondered if I could jump rope? Was thinking of a mini trampoline to be kinder to my joints.
