Hey everyone
Well, I decided that I need to do a really strict induction starting today. I noticed I kept picking things here and there that I shouldn't...sometimes I didn't even realize it until my husband would say something. I was also still having a lot of cravings for things I shouldn't (hmm, I wonder why?!?). I guess "the second time around" you kinda look over a few things without really thinking about it.
The weight is coming off really slow, and I think it's also because I was exceeding my cream/cheese allowance. I was drinking a glass of wine here and there as well. Doesn't sound like I was doing a very good job, does it? Well, at least I did lose a little weight, but that is no excuse to continue doing so because I know I can do better.
So...Day 1 STRICT induction has already begun. Feel free to join me if you are also "looking over a few things without thinking about it" and would like to crack down and do this the RIGHT way!
