Connie very common problem, you might want to use over the counter meds, flax seeds and flax seed flour muffins are good. Get as much fiber as you can.

Today is day 2 and I have been good, DH bought some bagged lettuce with carrot bits in it and I got sick of picking them out, so I didn't but if I got more than a teaspoon of them in me I would be very surprized. Having leftover taco salad for breakfast,

Had a good day yesterday, all great foods, and got my exercise. I have planned my meals for today, had scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast, will have salmon and a small salad for lunch, and roast pork and a salad for dinner.

Kate, it looks like you have a good plan, enjoy your deer steak.

I did some walking today. In the rain. In the mud. Up hills. Down hills. Slipping most of the way. One mile. Took me about 40 minutes because of all the sliding. I was concentrating on not falling. I couldn't have gone faster and yes, I sure wanted to. I would have walked further, but I had to pee from all the water!

In addition to the walking, I've done 30 minutes of exercising today and drank about 120 oz. of water (so far). This is a good water day for me. I can never usually get that much in!

i'm in! Had about 3.5 liters of water so far today and still gotta walk the dog before bed. I've started ice skating 3 times a week on fridays sundays and mondays, and the rest of the week am walking/running/being dragged with/by the dog or heading to the gym for a drop in class. i got all my salads done for the rest of the week and in ziplocs in the fridge. that's the thing that gets me the most - i gotta have all my food pre-made and bagged for what doesn't get eaten at home or i don't have time to do it in the morning and i get stuck with fast food by lunchtime. granted i can buy chicken and a salad, but i don't know what's in the seasoning for the chicken. anyway, off to walk the dog now!

Wednesday afternoon here... I've had a tiresome walk through snow and on icy streets (yem keeps on slipping slipping slipping...) and lots of stairs today. I can't believe how badly I'm out of shape (well, I can, actually.)

My legs hurt, my back hurts, and I'm going to have a nice hot bubble bath soon. Didn't drink enough, but still a few hours of day left to compensate for that. Dinner is a Japanese duck soup with spinach, duck meat and some leeks - plus tofu and bamboo for my SO. Since I couldn't find any shirataki /konnyaku noodles, I won't be tempted to try these

Boot camp is intense isn;t it. Glad your hanging in there. We will keep your spot warm, Paul
Yemen, you be careful with that snow. Folks here go walk in the malls, when I was in Germany they didn't have malls, but that was a few (1970ies) but I am sure things have changed a tad since then. Hey send me the duck soup recipe. It sounds delicious. Do you volksmarch. I had more fun doing that when I was there. I did over a 1000 ks, had my books and everything. They have volksmarching clubs here in Washington and I am trying to fine an event not in the rain.

thanks!! keep up the great work you all!
