Atkid, that is a very tasty-looking recipe I would love to try!
I'm a little confused though how on induction you get away with horseradish, mustard, and the dehydrated onion "to taste" (for me that could be a cup of 'em!). Is it "legal"?

How does one account for the carbs in all those herbs, spices, & other condiments - I should think they add up rather quickly with liberal use, including lemon juice.
In fact, before Atkins WOE, when $$ was tight, sometimes I could cook up a delicious soup using nothing more than fast food condiment packets, free, and herbs & spices; with or without whatever was left in the meat/veggie bins.
Another suggestion for the lettuce-hater: with a little math, I would think a little substitution of like-for-like SHOULD be OK for the induction; ie, instead of 2 C salad choice(s) & 1 C regular veggie with a total say, of 15 carbs, shouldn't hurt to exchange the 2C salad's worth of carb for that or less in additional carb from the regular list?
Anyone care to back me up or chop it down?

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
