Well, I just re-started Induction for the 3rd time.
My weight loss has been decent even with a cup of coffee every morning, but my problem is that I like it to be very creamy and I use 2 - 3 packets of splenda. So with that in mind, I had to really watch what I ate the rest of the day so that I would not exceed the 20 grams of carbs. I decided to drop the coffee so that I could really eat more good healthy carbs during the course of the day and, b/c, I am trying to be healthier.

I just hate to go to the gym at night, but either way it will get done whether it is morning or night. Working out usually isn't a problem for me once I get in the routine of going. I actually enjoy it. I just would like to get it done first thing each morning.



So, this means I will be going tonight! Oh well,at leat I will be doing it. I suppose it doesn't matter when you exercise just as long as you do it. RIGHT! My thing, as I stated earlier, is I just want to get it out of the way for the day and not worry about it.
