Re: How to determine goal weight?
Thanks, Dolphin! Hey ~ our stats are so close! Same height and close weights and mini goals... i was just at a higher weight at my highest. (Just had a baby at that time though, so i won't beat myself up too much!)
I changed my signature to reflect my first mini goal ~ only 12 more pounds to go! So far, this week, i am down 5 pounds from the 17 i gained back! Woo hoo! And i feel so much better. I am a night-time feeder (hee hee) and have been able to resist snacking at night. Now i just have to up my exercise a bit...

I just did a few of these online measurement for my frame, and I'm Large framed. How funny. Oops I rechecked and I fall in Medium. My elbow breadth isn't quite big enough to be technically Large.
Congrats on the 5 down, current is what counts, not the past. I've been able to resist too, this woe is wonderful and results outweigh any other I've adhered to.
