Re: Friday, November 17
Ok, great question Tam, what I mean by some foods are still giving me concern, is when I eat, my stomach starts to churn, which causes my bowels to churn..which is concerning, since I have been trapping in an uncomfortable cycle for 36 hrs now...
Foods seem to be lurching around in side of me...nothing is going down without notice...food and drink left quickly without much notice yesterday...
I am fine...eggs and bacon for breakfast, a little chicken, a few radishes and some cukes for lunch...
75 oz of water so far...and numerous trips to the bathroom...the concern is, what next?

The longer I go eating low carb, the more high-carb food tastes icky! Seriously. Low-carb foods are whole, natural foods. Not all that boxed stuff and sugary stuff that make you feel all worn out and dragging. I use to be amazed after hubby would eat he could get up and go work outside. All I wanted to do was sleep! And we ate the same foods. It's just how my body reacts to carbs. Now I can eat and get up and get moving and it feels great!
