    well i dropped 7 pounds in first week, my 2 week goal was 15 so im on track i guess.... i started the exercize part yrasterday walking 2 miles wich took about 35 minutes hopefully this will work even better... im really excited this time around

            Nicely done...but 15 is a little aggressive for a 2 week period, even induction! If you get 11 it'd be a heckuva start!

              Usually you'll lose 10% of what you need to lose on a clean induction if you're not metabolically resistant. I'd say 15 pounds is about right!

              When I did Atkins back in June (the first time) I lost 12 pounds on induction!
