Hey everyone!
It's 2 weeks for me today. I'm down 3 pounds (crappy scale so that's a best guess) and 5.5 inches. I'm happy about that, but sort of disappointed because the first time I did this I lost 8 pounds during induction with less to lose. Oh well.. it'll come.
My sister and I were going to go walking today, but she's not gonna be able to make it so I'll have to do something by myself later. I was proud of myself yesterday. I didn't make it to the gym like I wanted, but instead of not doing anything I did the Slim in 6 Limber and Abs. I was still sore from the weights I did the other day (after not using weights in foreeeeeeever) so the Limber helped a lot.
My BG was 85 this morning! Wooooo Hoooo!! That's motivation enough to stick with it!

Looks like everyone's doing well with the Atkins, or trying really hard.
Both kiddos are out with friends tonight, hubby and I are thinking about going in to town to look at new patio furniture tonight. We have 2 baseball games to attend tomorrow - a double header, so a long day at the ball fields. Sunday I will be working in the yard, replanting flower beds, etc. I already know that I will be sore after all of that. Still staying on plan, almost done with week 2 and no huge urges to cheat, and drinking LOTS of water.
