    Hey everyone!

    It's 2 weeks for me today. I'm down 3 pounds (crappy scale so that's a best guess) and 5.5 inches. I'm happy about that, but sort of disappointed because the first time I did this I lost 8 pounds during induction with less to lose. Oh well.. it'll come.

    My sister and I were going to go walking today, but she's not gonna be able to make it so I'll have to do something by myself later. I was proud of myself yesterday. I didn't make it to the gym like I wanted, but instead of not doing anything I did the Slim in 6 Limber and Abs. I was still sore from the weights I did the other day (after not using weights in foreeeeeeever) so the Limber helped a lot.

    My BG was 85 this morning! Wooooo Hoooo!! That's motivation enough to stick with it!

      Good Morning..New here but still checking in...day 6 of induction, doing great, no caffiene, lots and lots of water, minimum of an hour of exercise a day on my eliptical and I am down 9 pounds....

      Hope everyone has a sucessful atkins day!

        had a great day planned to walk around the huge aquarium down here with the kids...but that got smooshed...so were gonna work in the yard and finish tillin our garden and hopefully get it seeded...yay come on fresh veggies and maybe start digging out for our porch were gonna build

              Hi, I'm late checking in, oh well, here I am--I am here. Looks like everyone's doing well with the Atkins, or trying really hard.

              WarOnTypeII, I posted in the thread you mention here. It has high impact on me! It gave me the kick I needed. I want to visit that thread often and add to my other entries when I feel like eating pancakes, bread and the like.

                were doin yellow squash, okra, tomatoes, green onions, cabbage, lettuce and spaghetti squash...I think that's all...but I could be forgetting something...lol

                  Well, I'm even later than Barbie checking in tonight. Boy, am I glad it's Friday Both kiddos are out with friends tonight, hubby and I are thinking about going in to town to look at new patio furniture tonight. We have 2 baseball games to attend tomorrow - a double header, so a long day at the ball fields. Sunday I will be working in the yard, replanting flower beds, etc. I already know that I will be sore after all of that. Still staying on plan, almost done with week 2 and no huge urges to cheat, and drinking LOTS of water.

                    Hi I'm new here, but sounds like fun checking in and seeing every one and how they are doing. Day 2 here and doing good, need to keep on myself with drinking the water. My one down fall...
