Re: Wed Check in, knowledge is power

TMN - I'm glad you have support from your siblings. It really helps doesn't it. I had to make sure DBF was totally understanding of what I was doing too. It really would have been difficult if he was pushing me to have a glass of wine, or have a piece of chocolate etc... But he's been really supportive too. Threatening to join me too, as he has a few pounds to loose, but so far he hasn't done so. A bit like your siblings! Maybe that will change when they see how successful we both do!!

Thank yooooouuuu!! When they get too big (notice the "WHEN"!), I'm not giving them up so easily. They're going to get taken in until they just look stupid on me. I have a lot fo 24, only a few 22s, and then at least one pair of jeans down to 18. Got to make these last for all their worth. The exception is my one pair of 26. Need that as a reminder...

Theperfect10: Yep, you watch. When you keep losing, he's going to start feeling the nudge that maybe he should be doing it, too. heh heh! Should show him some of the points from this thread about what's impacted us the most about Atkins.

Outta here to do the bike ride... Hope everyone's evening is going well!
