Hey good morning STACers...Friday is here, casual day for some, the end of a work week...the beginning of trouble? If the weekend is trouble meaning, lack of order and structure, then friday was often the beginning of eating, paryting and trouble!
The longer you do Atkins on the weekend, the more you can get into weekend routines...We always exercise outside alot more on the weekend...we run around and do errands and sometimes eat out. All of those just need a little extra planning.
Rule #1, never Leave home without a snack or a plan of when you will be hungry next and what you will do about it! That's a great rule so you can have success out there in the world of fast foods and instant hunger.
I use to enter the mall as far from the food court as possible...the smells would bombard me. I would eat before I went just about any where and I always took alot of water onboard along the way...better to be in the bathroom than at Aunt Annie's Pretzel shop. Malls were trigger points for me, because I ate there alot...
We spend alot of time at the park, outside and enjoying the weather and exercise!
