    I'm back from the time-out chair. I've been a bad, bad girl. I had some major road bumps in my life, and of course, food was there to comfort me....to the tune of 15 pounds back on in 2 weeks. But, I'm optomistic about my new found revelation to stick to it this time, and with how crummy I feel with my pants being this tight - I truly hope this doesn't happen again...EVER! This is day 2 with 100% commitment. I'm over my sugar withdrawl, and now it's certainly down to business!

    I hope you all have a great day. Talk to you tomorrow - because I"M BACK, and unlike the atkins board, I can't hide from my weight! LOL! So I guess I'd better stick it out, suck it up, and get back to what works for me.

          Hey all!

          Well today is a beautiful sunshiney day in Montana...a nice change from the SNOW we've been having!!! Normally Tuesday is my "rest" day, but I'm going for a 4 or 5 mile run after school today, as we're going out of town to visit friends this weekend and I can't guarantee a good workout then. But I'm excited to take advantage of this great weather!

          I've got great foods packed (with an extra serving of veggies for the veggie challenge!) and I'm set for the day.

            Hi Everyone! I am checking in late but I am here. We are having some huge thunder storms right now but luckily I made it to curves earlier. I might even hop on the treadmill for 20 mins if the power stays on. My scales are down 1 pound but I am not updating my ticker till it stays off for at least a couple of days…with tom here my weight tends to fluctuate. Oh well…back to packing my auctions and watching the weather channel.

              Well, I am definitely feeling better today. I did wake up with a headache, though. I was at a coding seminar all day, so I did have two small cups of decaf coffee with nondairy creamer and splenda. I think the nondairy creamer was probably pretty high in carbs, but it didn't have any info on the packet. Ah well, I NEVER have coffee anymore, so I guess I will just get back to my normal routine tomorrow. I wore jeans today, since I wasn't going to the office, and they were loose on me! I mean, they still fit, but they weren't nearly as tight as they used to be. Yay! I think I will probably have to retire them in the next week or two!
