Dixie--good for you for skipping the binge. You can be a success!
jd--Don't order pizza when you can make your own fake, LEGAL pizza. Heat pepperoni slices in the microwave and top with shredded mozzarella, green peppers, olives (whatever toppings you like) and oregano. BAM! It's all the taste of a pizza without the nasty carbs.
If you are hungry, eat a high-fat snack. This definitely counts as a high-fat snack!

The feeling of eating something off plan lasts only a few seconds…maybe minutes in someone else’s case but I ate those cookies like I was in prison and someone was about to try and shank me for them!
