    Dixie--good for you for skipping the binge. You can be a success!

    jd--Don't order pizza when you can make your own fake, LEGAL pizza. Heat pepperoni slices in the microwave and top with shredded mozzarella, green peppers, olives (whatever toppings you like) and oregano. BAM! It's all the taste of a pizza without the nasty carbs.

    If you are hungry, eat a high-fat snack. This definitely counts as a high-fat snack!

        NO PIZZA! NO PIZZA! PIZZA IS EVIL!

        Im an emotional eater too, so I know how you feel. And I have a 16 month old stepson, so I know how stressful a screaming baby can be. But eating that pizza wont make him stop crying. As a matter of fact, Im gonna venture to guess that if you eat that pizza your gonna feel terrible and the baby can sense that. Soooooo........NO PIZZA!

        YOU CAN DO IT! WILLPOWER!

            Don't worry...I'm not gonna order the pizza!!

            No kidding about that grocery list getting long!! I and spent 80 euro last week just on me and baby alone...And I didn't buy soft drinks, or junk food or anything!!! lol

              ((JD)) hang tough, Girl! You can do it!

              OH the teething. I'm so sorry you have to go through those moments with your little sweetie. When my girls were infants, one thing that kind of helped through the day was letting them suck on a cold/clean wash cloth with an ice cube in it to help with their sore gums from about 5 months on. It was heaven for both of us...my ears weren't ringing and sanity was slowly returning while they were comforted. I also would rub their gums with the same wash cloth in little circles; it promoted their little baby teeth to come out faster.

              Hope your little one gets some rest, and you take some time to rest when he does. I know, it's always easier said then done, but it's so worth a quick power nap when they go down for theirs. And besides, a quick power nap for the both of you will be great for reenergizing when your hubby comes home

                Well, to curb the craving for something I made these and they taste just like cheezits!! Just not a real cracker texture but they are crunchy!

                  I seem to be a sporadic poster as well but I do log on and read everyday. I got a little derailed the other day too…had 2 chocolate chip cookies and a glass of whole milk…It was sooooo good but I immediately felt like a failure! The feeling of eating something off plan lasts only a few seconds…maybe minutes in someone else’s case but I ate those cookies like I was in prison and someone was about to try and shank me for them!

                  So here I was yesterday reading the post about cheating and feeling like a big looser…the keytone strips informed be that I was not longer in ketosis. That is when I start my dangerous thinking…since I messed up and am no longer in ketosis why not have something extra bad for lunch…might as well since it will take 3 days to get back into fat burning mode. Get those cravings out of the way right? Hmmmmm…what am I craving….mmmmm Dairy Queen nachos and a blizzard…yes! I shall have that for lunch! But wait curly frys from jack in the crack sound yummy too. So even after reading all your good advice I was still planning to cheat…really cheat!!!


                  I left for my lunch hour and drove to dairy queen and then past it to a clothing store…I spent my lunch hour trying on clothes instead and then back to the office where I ate tuna and cucumbers. Yea for me! And the best part is that my ketone strips are already pink again! So I know tonight when I do day 4 of my slim in 6 dvds I will be burning fat and not my lunch from 2 days ago. I am not saying I will never have a blizzard again but I will definitely reach my goal weight and move through every rung this time before I indulge myself. I want to know the exhilaration of reaching my goal and keep it off!


                  So starting Monday I am planning on doing a squeaky clean 2 weeks (bye bye shakes, diet dps, and extra cheese) and then moving to owl…I was going to wait till I reached goal weight first but I think I will benefit more from doing this plan the right way instead of my ½ a$$ed I want results now approach.

                    Hi everyone! New to the group! Second time around..but I will succeed this time! Day 15 and have more energy than I did the first time...could be that I'm exercising this time! Had a luncheon today...they served sandwiches, chips and cookies. Threw the bread, chips and cookies away and made a salad with the lettuce,tomatoe and turkey...and of course, my water! I like the way everyone is so supportive. This will keep me on the path! Thanks!!!

                      Looks good.. I did something similar last week using cheddar cheese..it helped the craving and gave me something crunchy to eat..

                      Did you use Deluxe American Cheese?

                            Hello, all! Talk about checking in late! And I just got home, too, not too long ago - been a VVVEEERRRYYY long day. *sigh*

                            I also had a very stressful day and wanted to cheat. I am very much an emotional eater. It's the first thing I think of when I'm stressed or upset. Thank goodness the snack machine is so far away from my classroom!

                            I found a recipe for pizza crust on Linda's site using flaxseed. I can't wait to try it. It says they can be frozen, so if I like it, I will freeze a bunch. Then, when a craving hits, I can just pop one out and make a quick pizza!

                            Sandy, I used deli american and they did taste just like cheezits! I think the brand was Land o' Lakes.

                              Great Job Cheri on not stress eating.. Make sure to let us know how the pizza crust is... I get tired of trying things and then I don't like it...
