    Good Morning Stacers!!! I cant believe it is 8am and no one has started the check in thread lol, oh well, just getting it started. Me Im just waiting impatiently for my blood results to get back, i know they were back yesterday morning but the doctor has not read them yet, if they only knew im about to go crazy here. Well other than that not much else going on, just eating on plan and getting my workouts in. Well i hope you all have a blessed Tuesday!!!

    Good Morning everyone.. Well aol was being a pain this morning and I had to reboot my computer..and of course while that was going on I started picking up around the house..so I am on here later then usual.

    Today is PROM/FORMAL day for my kids.. My daughter is so excited.. My son just has to shave and shower and my daughter has a 11am Manicure/Pedicure and a 1pm hair appointment.

    Yesterday at water aerobics we had a different teacher...and she wasn't as hard on us as the Friday teacher..thank goodness.. Cause I don't know that my muscles would have handled anything harder...

    Other then that...Eating legal and just being busy Have a great day!

      Hope your blood work comes back fine!

      I'm excited that today is day 6 of my exercise for the week. I'm not looking forward to meeting with Miss Debbie Siebers today I'm sooooo sore, but I did notice that my soreness was gone for a few hours after exercising yesterday so I suppose it's a good thing. Tomorrow instead of taking a total break I plan on taking a walk and doing the Limber tape. Last time on break day I quit and didn't go back to it for a week

      I think I am going to swim laps this summer. Our pool hours are different this year and open till 9pm every night so that means I will definitely be able to fit in a swim alone daily. I much prefer working out in water as I adore swimming so this will be an exercise easy to stick with!

        Thanks, Lisa, for starting the check-in thread. I felt a little whoosh coming on and in the past two days I've gone from 231.5lbs to 228! Not a huge whoosh, but I'll definitely take it. I love it when I go down to a new series of numbers!

          I was really sore when I went to water aerobics yesterday...but doing the exercises helped and I am not sore today

            Good luck on the results, Lisa.

            I'm starting day 2. My brains a little foggy because of no Diet Coke. I had 1 DC yesterday and 80 oz of water. 20 oz unsweet tea, 4 oz. coffee. I'm going to cut back even more today. It really hasn't been too bad.

            I signed up for a running school and I've decided to start training for a marathon. I should definitely meet a lot of people in common and exercise to boot.

            I think I'm crazy, in a good way!!!

              Sandy I guess that is how exercise keeps us coming back for more huh? LOL! I still don't enjoy it....but I think I will once I get in the pool. Yesterday I really had to MAKE myself do the moves and I was practically crying during the leglifts.

              Sheepie - YAY!!! A whoosh that takes you to a new "bracket" is always the best. I got on the scale yesterday and had gone under a number that I usually get stuck at so that was highly exciting even though it was just a .5 lb loss. I always get stuck at that weight for like 2-3 weeks at least and I was only there for a few days!!

                    Morning Peeps, Finally slept good, feel like I may have a little energy today YEA. Drank half my water yesterday which is better than what I have been doing and will do better today. Spilled some on myself at class last night (hehe) never have had a lot of coordination. We were looking at the GI tract on PowerPoint, Adult people sure can get silly when you start talking about flatulance, I had to talk fast to get them past that point. It was a fun class. cya later.                       Hi Buffy! A wooshie is a significant loss that seems to have happened literally overnight. For some it's a loss of pounds...1, 2, 5..whatever. For those of us who don't count pounds, it's loss of inches. So you definitely want one!

                        Just stopping in for a moment to touch base before hitting the pavement. I am going to get in a 3 mile walk before my son gets out of bed. When I get back, I will roll him out of the bed and we will hop on our bikes.
