    Morning all I've got the blah's today, not sure what happened to me. Since yesterday afternoon all I want to do is sleep!

      Hi Everyone:

      I'm glad everyone is up and on track.

      I got on the scale today and after 8 days, I haven't lost anything. I know that I'm still drinking diet coke splenda about 1-2 a day. I am going to cut that out and drink more water.

      Also, over the weekend, I neglected my veggies and I think that is what's up as well.

      so, I know what to do, now, i'm gunna do it.

        Oh poor you. Hope those nasty blahs leave you alone soon. I get that every now and then. Are you eating enough? Do you use fitday.com? If not, make sure you sign up and check how many cals you get in each day. You may find that you are not getting enough and that could be causing your blahs! Take care.

          I don't know what the roll call is, but I am here! It is day 2 of Induction for me, just want to get 10 pounds off for swimsuit, etc. The rest can take it's sweet time! You guys seem to have a great support group going here, can anyone join in?

            I do use Fitday and I never even looked at my calories for yesterday - only 1147! I guess that explains the blahs - thanks for pointing me in that direction!

              Of course you can join in partytrouble!! Welcome! I too am trying to get the rest of my weight off for swimsuit season, although I already had to put the ole swimsuit on this weekend, it wasn't as bad as last summer LOL!

                Hello all!

                It's really inspiring to see STAC check-ins so lively and active these days! Even *IF* scooter is missing...where the heck is that dude? I'm about to start pelting squash at him if he doesn't come back.

                Well, my parents headed out this morning after a 3 day visit. It was a bit stressful (if you read my journal, you know what I mean!) as my dad is diabetic and really NOT following his eating plan at all. He has lots of excuses...anyway I won't get into it. It *WAS* good to see them--I haven't seen them since September! They were VERY shocked when they saw me 80 pounds lighter! Of course, they had the initial fears and naysaying when I told them it was Atkins, but I showed them my fridge (full to the brim with veggies and fruit!), I showed them my fitday log, I took my mom to the gym, and I tried to explain how the plan works. I think I convinced them because they said that I'm very healthy and I eat so well--they're very proud!

                So today I'll be doing some laundry, going to the gym, and maybe reading a book! Today is my first day "OFF" from school! I have this week, and next week, Summer School starts, but it's only a month long. So I'm going to spend some major time at the gym this week!

                  First off .... yipppeeee for everyones weight loss and staying on track and just checkin in here at STAC

                  Partytrouble - Roll call is where a bunch of us Second Time Arounders come and check in and say good morning, support each other and give news of our successes or just whats up in our lives. Anyone can join. Welcome!

                  Today was weigh in day for me and after 4 weeks I've lost 10lbs. One quarter of the way to my goal...I CAN DO THIS.

                  The weight seems to be coming off much slower this time around for me, but its still coming off and thats all that counts. I think my body got wise to the whole thing from last time...lol.

                  Today, shopping with my eldest daughter. She needs new clothes. Gonna pack a little lunch for myself so when we sit down at the food court I have something legal to eat. Its all in the planning.

                      Everyone is doing well ....good job!
                      Having a rough week. However, things have a way of falling into place when trouble starts brewing, so I'm keeping my faith in that.

                          Good morning (barely-it's nearly afternoon)
                          We had a heck of a thunderstorm last night, a little hail, but it's really beautiful and fresh outside today. The pool opens today. It's open until 7 pm, so we should be able to catch a few laps even after work. The pool's only half a block from my house, it's free with my YMCA membership, so we spend a lot of time there in the summer. I'm looking forward to going there with over 30 pounds gone from last summer. Still a pretty chunky mom, but I love swimming outside.

                          Get your rest, Terry, and hope you're feeling lots better, soon.

                          Everybody congratulations on weight gone. I gained a pound this week, but I lost an inch in my hips. That slim in six is building muscle, I assume. I can't seem to get upset about gaining the pound, I fit into size 16s this week, and am still on a high from that. Everybody have a great day!

                            just checking in! today is day 2 of my restarted induction after a horrible binge last weekend. i have a headache already but i really feel in control! i am ready to do this! my fiance is coming home from deployment on August 24th so i really want to be able to buy a nice fitting dress for him...that is my motivation!!! anyways, I weigh in from my first week of induction on monday! wish me luck! hope you guys are all doing well!

                              Hi Alaska...good for you for jumping right back in. You have to go through the headaches to detox, but at least you know it's working. How exciting to have your honey on his way home!
