      Today was day eleven and I am down to 242 so that is exciiting !!! Day 12 and cheat free !!!

        Hang in there Candy! Maybe you need to drink more water? Is your ankle thing maybe because your body is retaining water?

              Well, I'm late but at least I'm checking in. If I had to rate my two meetings yesterday, I'd give them a 5 out of 10. I guess that's not too bad considering I was really dreading them and expected much worse.

              I'm hanging in there, otherwise. I started my next class in my Master's cohort. It's once a week from 430 - 930. We usually skip the dinner break in order to leave at 830. I was prepared today and took roast beef, cole slaw and those cheezit thingies to snack on. Oh, and water! Yay for me!!

              Glad everyone is doing well! And, Scooter, I'm glad you're back, too! We missed your encouragement and funnies!!

                  Blech, I had my husband take a full view pic of me today.... I have to say, I am feeling MUCH better than I look! I think I'll stay away from the camera for a few more weeks, that was discouraging to look at.

                    hi everyone, hope all of us had good wednesdays! it's chilly and rainy here but i was able to get some exercise in with my dog before it started to pour. my cravings are gone. seriously gone. this is a brand new experience for me. even my first time, the cravings did not completely vanish...they certainly have now! see you all in the morning!

                      I'm new as Well, and decided to roll call as well.
                      Well Today I ate Great, My drinking could be more desired. I drank a whole pot of coffee this morning. with splenda and heavy cream. and I had a small diet pepsi. My two worst crutches, that I'm struggling to get rid of.

                      I've been drinking my coffee black and only having one cup. But today I made the coffee a bit strong, and had to have it my old way.

                      I did though try a new recipe the BLT bites. Stuffed baby cherry tomatoes, kids hated them, and was glad to eat them all. My supper was delicious. I did parmasan chicken, sauteed asparagus,mushrooms, onions, and the BLT bites.

                      I love the new found energy I have found, I can start to see a bit of difference in my face (not sure) but will take pics at the end of next week, when hopefully I'm down a total of 12 pounds. I lost 7 the first week, and am hoping to loose another 5, but probably will loose like 3 like last time.

                        Where do you guys live that it is cool and rainy??? It was over 105 degrees here in Arizona today, scorching hot and dry as a bone!!! Makes it a lot harder to go out for those training runs... and it is only end of May! WAh, I miss weather!

                          i live in duluth, minnesota. the weather is supposed to be rainy for the remainder of the week. it was and is nice and cool right now. in fact, i was thinking of lighting the fireplace! but i decided against it because it's cool now but will heat up during the day and then cool down again. it's great! i used to live in texas and i am enjoying the change!

                            AW, how fun to have a fire in the fireplace!! Once this winter it got down in the 40's for a night or two and I wished I had a fireplace to light!!!

                              Hi everyone,
                              I know it's really late, Just got home from work and am checking in. I've been so busy with work and the holiday and one day of total exhaustion I couldn't do a thing!...(including eat, which was soooo weird.) Got on the scales today and dropped a couple more lbs!!!! Sooo happy about that. It is slow, but I have resolved to look farther down the line than I ever have before to like maybe a year from now and that adds up to a LOT of weight... just slow and steady. So encouraged by everybody's posts.
