Re: Friday Roll Call
Good morning TGIF!! I know that acronym!!!!
I finally lost 1.5 lb...i now weigh 160.5 YOO HOO,
hopefully i'm past my stall.
Sandy, I hope you have fun at the Christian retreat, I know you'll do good.
Linda, is it hard doing no dairy? I couldn't imagine, but that could be why i'm stalling.....i dont' know if i can do the spit in the cup thing
but i'll try.
I did good all week, i worked out every night for 45 min.
For those of you that have toddlers...here is a funny story. My 2yo daughter was caught by my teen son eating choclolate behind the counter, she was literally covered in chocolate, so he cleaned her up. keep in mind she did not know i knew about it. About 10 minutes later we were gettin ready to leave the house, i wanted to put her hair up in a ponytail,(she hates that) so i said "jess, i'll give you a piece of chocolate if you let me put your hair up? and plain as day ( she just turned 2) she says, in a very cocky voice "i already did that" (meaning she already got the chocolate).....that little rascal...needless to say she didn't get her hair put up.....I wish all my teens were that honest....it's just funny how innocent the little ones are.....
