      Morning Glories!


      I just want to say that planning is whats keeps me busy. Before, I'd eat from boredom, incessant nibbling. Mindless I tell you. But PLANNING has given me something to do with that spare time. Foreseeing obstacles and getting around food issues has become a project. I've embraced this WOL like a child. It gets all of my care and attention, because I have it to give.

          Really? Will I always have this taste in my mouth then? I've been on Atkins for the last 2 weeks and it's only been noticible the last few days.

            Hehe, you might be in deeper ketosis than before. I always have the taste, but I embrace it because I know what it is. If it bothers you, keeping up with your water intake will help.

                  hectic morning and didnt grab any breakfast and with a bare pantry in the house right its going to be a stretch to find some lunch. I hate having to eat something on the fly like this and I havent had to do the "fast-food atkins" yet. But I am going to be okay getting like a double whopper no bread, only lettuce and mayo with a side salad instead of fries?

                  Mostly just need soemthing to get me through the day.

                    I always go to McDonald's and get a Double Cheeseburger (eat it without the bun) and a side salad.. Hasn't stalled me at all..

                        i am going in for my yearly physical and pap smear (ugh) but am sort of excited to see what my results are for triglycerides, cholesterol, bp, etc. i have never had abnormal labs but would be interested to see if they are improved from last year. keep you posted!

                            Losing wt is sooooooo much fun, isn't it? Wish it could happen everyday!
                            I measured and lost 5.5 inches since July 4 and still enjoying my 3 lb loss from yesterday... This is a rockin' place!

                              Sounds like everyone is losing today! Great stuff! I think I am one pound away from my mini goal but I have one of those crappy "leaner" scales. I will wait until I am under 180 before I change my sig. (I'll be halfway - wooohooo)
