I just want to say that planning is whats keeps me busy. Before, I'd eat from boredom, incessant nibbling. Mindless I tell you. But PLANNING has given me something to do with that spare time. Foreseeing obstacles and getting around food issues has become a project. I've embraced this WOL like a child. It gets all of my care and attention, because I have it to give.
Hehe, you might be in deeper ketosis than before. I always have the taste, but I embrace it because I know what it is. If it bothers you, keeping up with your water intake will help.
Breakfast - 5 slices of cucumber with cream cheese on them
Lunch - Cheese, onion, and chicken pieces
Dinner - Poached Eggs, bacon, with mushrooms, garlic and cream cheese.
Is that an okay menu?

I hate having to eat something on the fly like this and I havent had to do the "fast-food atkins" yet. But I am going to be okay getting like a double whopper no bread, only lettuce and mayo with a side salad instead of fries?

i am going in for my yearly physical and pap smear (ugh) but am sort of excited to see what my results are for triglycerides, cholesterol, bp, etc. i have never had abnormal labs but would be interested to see if they are improved from last year. keep you posted!

I measured and lost 5.5 inches since July 4 and still enjoying my 3 lb loss from yesterday... This is a rockin' place!

Sounds like everyone is losing today! Great stuff! I think I am one pound away from my mini goal but I have one of those crappy "leaner" scales. I will wait until I am under 180 before I change my sig. (I'll be halfway - wooohooo)
