    So, consistency. I'm learning that consistency is a RANGE, not a single spot. And that, my friends, is a good thing for me to know.
    Wow, Evermind, epiphany here. So SO true. We need to forgive ourselves those 1 or 2 extra carbs (or whatever other human stumble we make) and don't punish ourselves by giving up. Move forward, always forward no matter what and we will meet our goals no matter how long it takes.

    Michelle, OMG Girl. New pic? You look tremendous.

    Party, so glad to see you here today. I understand how you feel, but you are doing the right thing by checking in with us. You are so close....where were you 6 months ago? I'll bet you are better now than you were then. So, forward you go too!

      Afternoon all. Yesterday was my official weigh in and I shocked myself by dropping 22 pounds during my 2 week induction. I still can't believe it.

      I poured over DANDR before getting back into Atkins and like Jess, I only pay attention to the stuff that's currently relevant to my situation. I've decided to stick with induction another 2 weeks and then perhaps move along up the rungs.

          Hey Everyone

          Company leaving this afternoon so back to my routine tomorrow.

          Have stayed on track with everything but definately more of a challenge when you have company. But, thats life right?

          Oh...was supposed to weigh and measure this morning for the LDC but will do that tomorrow instead.

            Afternoon everyone! I'm late checking in today. Living every day as it comes, and understanding that what I did today didn't wreck yesterday or tomorrow, every day is a fresh new day; I think that's what I've learned the most this time around. One day at a time, that's how I'm doing it.

              Think im going to be the last person checking in today!
              I took my daughter to the movies this afternoon and got stopped on my way in and was advised that I couldnt bring in my own refreshments!! My crime was having a big bottle of water in my hand. I asked to speak to the manager and gave him an earful and received an apology. Stupid jobsworth people,,,,,

                Checking in before going to bed to read. I had the day off from work & had a list of things I wanted to get done today. A bit zippy with an energy boost! While doing errands it was like old home day...I ran into about 6 people I haven't seen in awhile & everyone was chatty. I finally got home & completed everything on my list along with a few extras! This is Day 9 on Induction. I've been tempted to get on the scale but didn't. I did a Ketostik & I'm burning moderate amount of Ketones. I measured my waist & hips for a minus of 3.5". Pretty darn good day for me!!
