Wow, Evermind, epiphany here. So SO true. We need to forgive ourselves those 1 or 2 extra carbs (or whatever other human stumble we make) and don't punish ourselves by giving up. Move forward, always forward no matter what and we will meet our goals no matter how long it takes.

While doing errands it was like old home day...I ran into about 6 people I haven't seen in awhile & everyone was chatty. I finally got home & completed everything on my list along with a few extras! This is Day 9 on Induction. I've been tempted to get on the scale but didn't. I did a Ketostik & I'm burning moderate amount of Ketones. I measured my waist & hips for a minus of 3.5". Pretty darn good day for me!!
