      1. To participate in Yoga 2 times a week.
      2. To weight train 2 times a week.
      3. To run 5 days a week.
      4. To continue not eating dairy through the end of the month.

        1.Finish Induction, and actually move on to OWL.

        2. Workout at least 4 days a week

        3. Start doing something that I enjoy once a day for myself.

        4. Move up to 1st rung, possibly 2nd.

          1) Drink 100 oz of H2O daily
          2) No cheating
          3) Complete a clean induction
          4) Walk 2 miles 4 days a week
          5) Learn to juggle my homework, going to classes with workouts, I need to prioritize better

            Goals for September:
            1. Keep going up the OWL ladder--I started Rung 3 today
            2. Get my iron count up--I'm anemic & doctor is stressing me about it
            3. Keep up Power 90 6 days a week
            4. Make housework a priority--I've been letting it go and it's not good right now
            5. Work on excess paperwork laying around
            6. Keep track of food diary daily
            7. Take more outshrunk clothes to salvation army
            8. Try to get to bed by 1 am most nights

              1. To stay out of the Tuck Shop at work, there is no benefit to be had from simply staring at chocolate.
              2. To find the time to do some regular exercise.
              3.To be able to fasten the top button of my trousers by the end of the month!
              4.To not do work at home, so I can get enough sleep.

                I love all these well thought out goals...they inspire me...
                1. Drink more water
                2. Train for 2nd Triathalon
                3. Eat more veggies and less "legal" sweets.
                4. Finalize winter training plans, i.e. swim membership, winter bike gear...

                  OK here are my September goals .........

                  * drink at least 90 ounces of water a day
                  * Stay faithful to my Couch potato challenge
                  * start and finish my squat challenge
                  * Meet my next mini goal of 189


                  I am sure I have more but for now this is what I want to do minimally!

                            I hit a speed bump with my water. For the last two days I've only managed 80 oz. My goal is 90 per day minimum.

                            I'm kickng it into high gear to get it all in again.

                            Everything else is working well--even the stress!!

                              I am REALLY struggling about the water. It's just not something I am paying close enough attention to. I need to find a way to remind myself to drink.....I have the bottles on my desk, etc., but I just don't SEE them.
