    Hey everyone! I'm up early today

    BLAZING:

    patience - check
    water - working on my first of many bottles of the day
    splenda - might have one packet today, if any
    fiber - I have a big plate of fiber waiting for me
    supplements - will take my multi-vitamin after breakfast
    exercise - check - that's right, I did a one mile WATP Dvd this morning!
    don't cheat - check
    scales - didn't weigh this AM - woohoo!
    challenges - I'm in the Halloween Challenge
    start a journal - I was planning on doing that today, no lie!!!

    I would stick around longer, but I think I need to find a gold star to pin on my shirt Oh, and my breakfast is waiting.
    Have a WONDERFUL day, everyone! I'm seriously in a great mood and I think it's because I exercised!

          Be patient--yeah right! Where's my liquid sweetner?
          drink your water--I ordered a new water filter and it's on it's way. Bet it arrives before the sweetner! Do you all drink tap, bottled, or filtered water?
          limit splenda--uh, I was thinking about making lemonade, but I'll try to be good.
          get fiber--low carb tortilla sandwich for breakfast--high fiber!
          take supplements--oops! Thanks for the reminder!
          exercize--probably not tonight, but I can't wait to skate again.
          don't cheat--not a problem
          don't let scales rule this WOE--I weigh often, but it doesn't rule me.
          get involved in challenges--I've never done one. I'll look into it.
          start a journal--my life isn't that interesting!

            I'm with Sheepie. And I think it's time the STAC-ed posse got together to hunt down that liquid sweetener. What say you all? Meet at 5 p.m. sharp at the OK Corrall?

            I had a good run this morning, and now I'm at school. Yesterday was a great first day of school - I have a group of terrific students, and we are going to have fun learning. But it was HOT! Yikes! When I got home, I collapsed on my bed for an hour and a half, then went to the gym and had a great workout. Then home, and to bed. Out like a light.

            I did manage to drink my minimum water requirements yesterday, and I'm aiming for the same today.

            I hope everyone has a great day!

              Be patient: I become more patient everyday becuase of the grace of my children
              drink your water: I'll havemy 100 oz today!
              limit splenda: OK, I do use it my coffee, therefore I must limit my coffee too
              get fiber: Veggies and flax seed
              take supplements: will take my vitamins in a few minutes
              exercize: need to pack my workout clothes for the gym at work
              don't cheat: got it
              don't let scales rule this WOE: Can't look for a week!!!
              get involved in challenges: I'm in the No way weigh semi-annual challenge
              start a journal: I have started a journal!!!

                Good morning STACERs,

                Got up at 6:30 am and prepared my lunch, breakfast, cut my husbands hair, shaved his face, walked to work (1 mile), drank 16 oz., ate breakfast and checked in with ADBB.

                    I'm present and accounted for. But don't have anything to post, its my first day back at work after a 6 day vacation and my head is spinning from all the e-mails I'm still trying to catch up on. Have a good one STACers!

                        WTG Sandy, day 2!!!! and been in the pool already...

                        I have NO Patience,
                        Used up all my splenda for the day,
                        Won't exercise at all today,
                        Will eat veggies
                        DID take my suppliments...
                        AM in a bad mood....WILL improve on it!
                        You guys rock, go for it! It's amazing how well organized Blazing gets us....

                        Remember the scales fluctuate for everybody, every single day, it's elusive weigh the same....all the time!

                          Be patient ~ I'm patient with weight loss, its other things that get to me.
                          drink your water ~ Nearly every day I meet my water goal.
                          limit splenda ~ I'm on track with this.
                          get fiber ~ definately on track with this...flax seed meal and veggies.
                          take supplements ~ 100% on this, morning, noon, night daily.
                          exercize ~ getting better at this, its still a work in progress.
                          don't cheat ~ cheat free since May 1, 2007
                          don't let scales rule this WOE ~ working on this also, in the challenge, its hard. Its my indicator if I have a problem with a new food.
                          get involved in challenges ~ as you can see from my siggie, no problem there.
                          start a journal ~ got one and a link in my siggie.

                          Its overcast today...matches my mood. Lots of things on my mind I guess and just have to work through them one by one. Feeling overwhelmed some days but I'm strong, I've been through worse and I'll get through this too.
