    Be patient - I had a smile every time I cussed today, getting better
    drink your water - currently at 75 oz.
    limit splenda - 2 packets with morning coffee
    get fiber - veggies
    take supplements - don't have any
    exercize - 2 days in a row 15 min eliptical 30min strenght training 5min bike cool down
    don't cheat - NO WAY
    don't let scales rule this WOE - Sorry, updated my chart at gym, down 2 more lbs (12)
    get involved in challenges - gonna check them out
    start a journal - have personal one on desktop
