    1st day of the no weigh challenge... had to catch myself before I weighed!
    About to start 'Ramp it up' video after I finish my coffee...

        Michelle! What a great way to start today's roll call... fun and functional.

        I'm a little late checking in today, because part of my quest for self-discipline is to limit my computer time. Yeah, I know... bummer. But it is necessary, because sometimes I let "real" life pass me by because I get so wound up in cyber life. So this morning, I have already done my grocery shopping and rode 10 miles outdoors on my bicycle.

        Life is good.

              Be patient--It's one of my September goals!!
              drink your water--This one used to be tough but I worked it out.
              limit splenda--I use two spoons every morning in my coffee--no more than that per day.
              get fiber--I'm getting it all in with all those extra veggies from rung 1.
              take supplements--I have a great multivitamin I take every morning with a slice of cheese (can't swallow it otherwise, lol)
              exercize--I'm motivated to get mine in. I joined a few challenges and am doing great so far.
              don't cheat--No problems there.
              don't let scales rule this WOE--Weigh no weigh is helping there.
              get involved in challenges--I love the challenges!
              start a journal--I have one--come visit me!

                  Man I really need to check in earlier in the day! I am the last one here again! LOL ! Thanks Blazing, for the quiz...I am doing good except for the supplements...took calcium/potassium during induction to help with the leg cramps, but nothing since. I have a REALLY hard time digesting any kind of vitamin...makes my stomach very upset... ...Oh well, at least the rest is all good...my scale is well hidden thanks to my DD. Almost afraid of the 12th though...that darn machine keeps me in check

                    Guekjan, if you have a hard time with vitamins/supplements, do what Meena Beena does, take them with a small piece of food, such as cheese or eggs in the morning. It will help with an upset stomach.

                            Wow, I am late today! And still busy and trying to leave work early. I have to work extra hours tomorrow. Yuck.

                            Blazin' I am mentally answering the quiz. Feeling guilty about not starting a journal but I barely have time to read this board any more, never mind starting a journal. I had to force myself to stop and visit here today. But I NEED you guys. I fear what would become of me if I let this daily visit slip. This is a very bad time of year for me and I really need to focus on myself and this WOE. At least I am on plan today, drinking my h2o AND I stopped by here, even if I am late.

                              Just checking in so you won't think I'm fluffing off on my Atkins or workout. I know I'm LATE. Just trying to get all my work done before I took a couple days off. But just found out I won't be taking the days off this week after all. My Mom was going to have surgery tomorrow, but they postponed it since they found an infection. So as soon as she's over the infection, they'll schedule her surgery again. Sheesh. Everybody was so ready, especially her. And now there's going to be another week. Guess this means I have no excuse for missing my workout at the gym tonight. LOL

                                drink your water--Amazingly not a problem at all this time round.
                                limit splenda--I haven't even bought any, unlike like last time when I was a bit too liberal with it.
                                get fiber--My biggest challenge, so ive been taking a suppliment.
                                take supplements-- I deserve a slap for this one, I very rarely remember to take my vitamins
                                exercize--No motivation at all at the moment. My knees and hip are giving me some grief.
                                don't cheat--1 cheat in 4 weeks,, so I think im fab.
                                don't let scales rule this WOE--I still weigh-in everyday, but im more obsessed with the tape measure and the mirror.
                                get involved in challenges-- Will try
                                start a journal--Done it and keep trying to remember to post to it.
