Hi my buds!! I hope everyone is well. My body is so completely exhausted. I just came out of this training (yawn). I kept nodding off. I'm shocked I didn't fall out of the chair and roll down the aisle.

I hope you all have a wonderful day.

      Hi guys!

Checking in for today. It's day 3! I am going strong!! YAY!

This may help to write here...just to get it off my chest. I have been dating my boyfriend for 8 months and we actually live together. We're so in love and have really hit it off!!! We both would say that it's the best relationship we've ever been in. We both have the outlook that after a year of dating we will know if we plan to get hitched or go our separate ways. By the way it's going I would think the former's most applicable.

So my man was up for a job at a major firm a while ago and didn't get the job which I think is why he has all of a sudden decided to do the test to get into a Master's Program. I am ALL for this! I think it would be great. He just wrote me an email to say that he's signing up for the GRE exam. I didn't even know that he was thinking of doing this. I asked where he might want to go and he said Harvard which would mean moving from Canada to Boston (I just LOVE the city). However, this made me start worrying like it's my job!

Yes TOM is around the corner so my ability to overanalyze right now is ten fold but I am worrying because I wonder what this is going to do to us. He might not be going until this Sept or next but I just started panicking. I told him that i am so proud of him but I want to talk to him tonight a little bit. I think it's important to discuss what he thinks about us without being too female. He could have a great reaction along the lines of "Girl, I didn't even think twice about it...you're coming with me". He could have a "let's wait and see approach"...I'm not a fan of this gray area albeit VERY reasonable when we don't know what's going to happen. I don't think he'll say he doesn't want me to go with but I am just freaked. I am bringing this ALL on myself!!!

Anyways, I am worrying to the max. Even just posting it on here helps me! Thanks sweet girls!! XO

Okay, breathe!! Don't freak out (as I would do). Just sit him down and talk about it with him. Be sure to voice all your concerns no matter how big or small. I'm sure he will put all your fears to rest.

Wow! You didn't waste any time moving on from the psycho stalker. Saying a prayer that this turns out better. Do you know what Ray looks like???

We finally had a pretty day. After yesterday's freezing cold rain, the 75 degrees today was very welcome! I walked outside for 55 minutes today. Then I lifted weights for 35 minutes. I'm back up to the 5-pounders. Does anybody remember that today is the end of our personal exercise challenge??? I felt so flabby and jiggly today when I was walking, that I won't have a problem keeping up with my exercise program from now until summer. Gotta do it at least 5 days a week.

            Good night all.

            Sunny!

                    Hi All,

I went on vacation this past weekend. Took my son up to Nevada and we had a blast. He loves the snow. I am trying to talk him into snowboarding...will try that next time.

                    Have a great day ladies.

I'm glad you had a great time! You deserve some relaxation after your grueling work/school schedule.

What's up with you trying to talk your son into a dangerous sport??? My kids tried everything, and we spent a lot of time in the ER. At one point, I was the only one in the family NOT on crutches and my son had a broken ankle and broken wrist!

Glad to have you back posting again. We missed you!

Hey Sunny, here's a picture of Ray. I decided not to operate on fear (as the psycho man would have me to do). I chose to pray and asked God to bring a good man into mine and Tashiana's life. I'm through with eHarmony. The site I met Ray on allowed me to break it down about what I absolutely would not tolerate no matter what. One guy wrote, "You sound sure of yourself" and I told him I am because I know what I want and I won't settle. He didn't write back. Thank you for your prayers.

Kass, no need to worry. I can't let one man keep me from finding happiness. I deserve to be happy and I will be happy. I trust God that all will be well.

Ketostix are like being pregnant--either you are or you are not. Doesn't matter what colour it is as long as it is not negative. Really dark just means you are dehydrated. You should start coming on down now that you are back in ketosis.

Okay everyone, I've reassessed my goals. My new goal weight is 160. Everyone keeps saying that I'll be too skinny at 140. So, I'm going to wait until I get to 160 and go from there. My BMI (24) will be in the healthy range at that weight.

I don't know what's wrong with me but I can't seem to get motivated. Anyone else hit a slump like this? I'm not giving up....just need to find some way to get my booty back in gear.

I hope you're all doing well and low-carbing along. Have a great night.
