    Hello Ladies!

I'm Baaack! As Kass would say.
I feel like it's been forever since I've been here. I don't ever want to feel like I did ever again. I had a really tough time with my emotional self. I'm feeling much better now. My Grace Cup is over floweth now. It was feeling a little on the empty side. Not any more. I'm ready to hit it hard and journey forward. I've missed all of you.

CAT! I wish I could say that the experience with your neighbor and Tashiana's teacher is unbelievable but apparently the STUPID FLU is going around big time. What the teacher is doing is abusive - to lie and punish Tashiana because of *whatever* is wrong and she KNOWS it - so she lies.

I spent my afternoon with members of the STUPID Club and then came home and wolfed down my supper - not good. Several hours later I still don't understand how someone can bill for services THEY say they didn't provide. What am I missing? Insert more venting....grrrrr.....cause the whole meeting went downhill from there.

So it seems that several of us are having issues with Dishonest People...I'll try to take Sherri's advice and BREATHE (waving to Sherri)

Came here to post and vent and avoid the Chocolate Ding Dongs my DH is hiding from me......where's my water?

Thank you all for your support. I'm sorry that I haven't been so supportive the last few days. Can you believe more stuff has happened with the neighbors since my last post (like them calling the cops again)? If they even look in my direction there's no telling what I might do although what I'd like to do is this .

                  Hello!

I loved my workout on friday with Curves. On weds i wasn't sure. It seemed to easy. LOL, on friday I had another trainer shadowing me and she knew how to work those machines. It feels good to rediscover those muscles again. I think this may be the best thing I have done for myself in such a long time. I love that feeling after you are done with your stretches and your body is exhausted but your mind is going "ok where to next". I hope to get my best friend to join where she lives. Then we can work out when we get together.

I have been so busy this week with end of the year payroll reports. I am 4-days behind. You have been in my mind tho. Keeps me going .

Bosses, Teachers, Neighbors, Doctors, Oh My!! Its great to hear how you all stand up for yourself in the different situations. I am learning to do that more and more.

Some great news with weight loss and new sizes, getting back on track, days cheat free, getting our water, surviving the urge to tackle the holder of /insert desirous non legal food here/.

Talk with you all soon. Until then lets make this a great week.

Wooohoooo. First time in over a year. That's big. Make sure you give yourself a celebration party. We are so quick to throw ourselves "pity parties"...so make sure that you are making a big deal out of your successes.

                      Exercise today

                      Curves

                      50 squats
                      150 crunches
                      20 pushups.....I'm Baaaaack.LOL

At Curves a song was playing from the Rocky movie, I think it's when he is running up the stairs or bleachers. But the song totally motivated me.

Createme: some trainers at Curves are very soft. My first trainer was like a drill seargent and she will sometimes say "make those machines swish girls." LOL

Hi all! I've managed not to kill anyone in the last few days (nor seriously harm them). I've kept in prayer because I have not felt Christ-like but more like a Mafia Princess. All is well (or will be well). I have to trust God that things are going to work out to my good (and most definitely my baby's good). Great news: down to 203 this morning (like Catherine, I have not seen this weight in forever).

Thank you all for your support these last few days. I've not cried for fear that I won't stop but I am afraid I might be headed for a melt-down tonight. I'm worn to the bone. Anger wears you out. I'm not going to let the STUPID FLU contaminate me. I'm a much better person than that. I won't block any blessings God is going to send to me by acting like one of satan's cohorts (leave that job to my neighbors).

You're all doing so great. Congrats Catherine on the weight loss.

Everyone hang in there and I'll speak to you tomorrow. Love ya'll.

I forgot due to the week's drama to share some wonderful news. A dear friend became a grandma for the first time on Monday. Little Angelina Nevaeh is 7lbs, 9 oz and her Auntie Catherine went clothes shopping for her today, LOL.

Cat, you're a woman of great strength! Hang in. Dorothy! I'm so glad you're enjoying Curves and it sounds like you're taking care of yourself. Kass, how're you feeling - a bit better? Hope the Nyquil tabs work for you.
