Ok, you guys are right. Slinking off is not going to help a thing. I'm just so frustrated, angry, and tired. I don't ask how much more because I don't want to know how much more one "thinks" I can take. I'm sorry to vent guys. I couldn't cook last night due to the water issue so I had to eat out today (steak, broccoli with cheese sauce and was supposed to be salad but the dimwits left it out of my order and now I have to go back across town to pick it up). I had to do a sponge bath this morning and slathered myself with lotion praying that I don't have any BO. Ugh!!!!!! Then I get here and the stupid system goes down (when I'm loaded down with cases) so that I'm going to be even further behind. I think I've found the culprit of these major mood swings. This lovely fibroid tumor is wreaking havoc on my life (period here, period gone, period back again before time, period gone, and so on....) . I think my hormones are out of whack and I am hoping to find a natural alternative (because I do not want to take BC pills for this condition any longer). I'm praying that all of this shall pass (SOON).

        Hello Ladies,

Quick post for now. I'm headed to fix dinner. I had to cancel my doctor Appt. today. Another snow storm hit with white out conditions. None of us were getting out in this today. I called DD school to see if there was any, there was. I told them that Sierra wouldn't be there and that I couldn't believe they had it open on such a hazardous day. The secretary laughed at me. I sent an imaginary slap through the phone at her. The hwy department told everyone to stay off the roads. Well, then a couple of hours later I see kids running around the neighborhood because they released school early.
Nobody listens to me there, so why bother.
I did find out from my doctors office that my thyroid levels are down but I have to see them before I can pick up my new synthroid script. So whenever this snow stops is when I'll be there I told them.
I gotta run. I'll be back later.
Catherine, just send a message to the board. They'll fix the ticker for you or let you know whats going on. If you havn't already.

Hi Derby Girl sisters! I'm on a roll. Cheat free for I don't know how many days and rocking and rolling with the exercise! I did 95 minutes of super-duper calorie burning stuff today. It was 52 degrees, so I walked outside and instead of trying to avoid the steep hills, I walked them more than once. I moved the tension up to 8 on the stepper and did 30 minutes as fast and hard as I could. I even got the stability ball back out of the box and pumped it up with the hand pump, and that was a workout in itself. I have an electric pump, which I used the last time. I even exercised with it. I'm gonna do as much as possible before Feb. 11th. and I'm still gonna do lower body stuff within a week of the surgery. I am figuring a way to do it every time I exercise. This flab is coming off and I'm getting to goal this year one way or the other!

          Good night, all!

          Sunny!

Cat: It is the the most incrediable feeling. I am a verrrrry lucky woman. I got married the first time 2 days after my 17th bday. That lasted for 5 years until I realized that I was worth more than being a punching bag. I started seeing my DDH about 5 months after and we have been inseperatable since. Although I am a very strong person ( my first "hubby" made me that way") I am sometimes terrified to even think about being by myself. I wish this for all of my sisters here.

As usual it is late so I'm going to quickly say hi to most...

Sunny: You are kicking our excercising butts. You are doing awesome. Glad to see that you were able to get out and play outside.... That is important to mental health...

Sherri: I'm sorry that you couldn't get to the dr's. I know this is frustrating. I am so excited about your losses though!!!!

Cat: My mouth is already watering for that Cheesecake to welcome you to Onderland.

Kass: Glad to see you doing so well with your .... well shoot, your EVERYTHING!!!

Tracey: I am soooo sorry about the cold. We went that last week. Just not quit as cold as you.

Lashon: I am really glad you have joined us. We always have room for another sister. I remember talking to you when you first joined.

Pyra: You'll have to take a picture and show off your new doo... I have finally gotten through that in between stage. I really hate that. Now that I have made it to the other side, I wonder how long it will be before I start cutting again...

Catherine: I wish that was me looking for a stunning dress for a cruise. My DH said when we got married we would go on our 10th ann. then our 15th, then our 20th... that's in April so maybe our 25th. At least the last of my children will be on their own. Have a dance in the moonlight for me!!!!

Bekka: I am glad to see you back with us and that you have found someone to lean on.

Time for the "grandma" to hit the sack. Talk to you guys later.

                        Helloooooooo Derby Girls~~~~~

I'm down a lb today - TOM has finally left the building! I need to admit to a cheat yesterday: 6 chocolate chips. I need to find a way to add some legal chocolate to my WOE. I'm on Rung 6 (Legumes) but it seems I can't eat them without bopping up a bit. Been reviewing my Stella low carb cookbooks but hesitate adding anything chocolate/sweet. Chocolate is the Nuts rung, isn't it?
                        Anyway. Rambling.

I'm going to add another :20 to my treadmill regime today. (Sunny and Kass, you're my exercise inspiration!) This awful Midwest winter is giving me a bad case of cabin fever - the wind last night was gusting to 50 mph. Stuff all over the yard today. I'd start picking it up but windchill is still terrible.

Heading to Chicago on Friday for a meeting so I hope to stop at Lord and Taylors (thank you Lashon!) to look for a dress.

Here I am procrastinating instead of getting stuff done. My computer is an energy drain today apparently. Alright Derby Girls...off and running.

Hey! Plumbing issues were bad. A pipe burst. Thank God it burst while it was off or it would have flooded my house. The plumber told me $500. I spoke to him when I dropped my daughter off after school and then he called and told me he was only charging me $295. Thank God for that (but still an unexpected, hot-mess expense). Today was Tashiana's field trip. Her teacher is a hot mess. If she wasn't pregnant I'd be tempted to . She's acting all snooty and crap after I called her out. Sounds like a guilty conscious to me. The finale? I had to go get my car tags. Well, I was told there were outstanding charges on my old car which I sold to the ex husband in 2001. Turns out the little punk never took my name off the title. I already know if he was near me I'd . Yep, they'd have to bail me out of jail but it would be SOOO worth it. I had to go to another office to exonerate the charges. She had to call another office who told her that they couldn't exonerate the charges without the divorce decree. She got off the phone and said she didn't care what they said and signed off on the papers. Praise God. I then had to go back to the first office and do an incomplete transfer. Oh, if I knew where that fool was I'd stick my size 11 shoe as far as it would go. Ugh!!!

Tracy, I'm glad to see you came out of hiding and more importantly that you're ok. Hang in there.

Sherri, I feel you on school issues. Maybe we could share a cell.

Sunny, you are kicking major booty with the exercise. Now, I'm going to have to go do some form of exercise to try to catch up with ya!! You are a true inspiration. I'm going to have to follow track because I'm stuck at 200 (which is getting on my nerves)!!!

Marty, maybe you should already have the cheesecake. I know it's only been a couple of days but I've lost nothing this week and am slowly getting frustrated. I want to stomp the crap out of my scale. LOL!!

Lashon, maybe I'd stay strong. Oh, ok I would. He wouldn't be worth it but he sure looks like a delicious piece of bacon!!

Hey Kass!! Are you still hanging in with the Pilates? I have a DVD and I have yet to do one workout. I used to do Winsor Pilates. I did like it. However, I sold it on ebay after my injuries (now I wish I hadn't).

Catherine, hooray for the one pound loss!! I can eat lentils on Rung 6 but pinto beans stall me (which sucks because I love them). I'm going to go eat a baked sweet potato in a little bit. It will be my "cheer-myself-up treat" for tonight. LOL!!

Have a great day everyone including (Prya, Bekka, Dorothy, and Glenda)!! If I forgot someone, I so apologize. Our group is expanding (hooray).

I don't play when it comes to my baby being treated right. As far as the ex, girl he ain't worth it. It's times since I have been divorced from mine that I wanted to beat the Heck out of him for being so stupid at times. But I stayed saved...LOL...God kept me. And Yeah the Rock is "FINE".
