    Pls, honey, be honest. If you had a couple of bites of pop tart this morning, you are NOT back on. Your plan to be cheat-free for the rest of the day is good, though.

    What is happening that gets you into these little "a bite here" things? Not having something to nosh on handy while you cook for others? Is there some sort of planning we can help you with?

    You are SO gorgeous and I know you are really committed to good and healthy eating......

      I'm in a funk. Stupid worthless UTI....I gained back 1/2 pound yesterday. And it's raining. So, I'm grouchy. And I'm tired. I had the alarm set for 7 am and the bf said he needed it set for 6:30 so he didn't have to rush. Alarm goes off. I wake him up. Doze back off. Few minutes later, I wake him up again. Doze back off. Few minutes later, I wake him up again. He gets pissy with me and tells me he's awake. So when does he get out of bed? 7:04 am!!! Man, I was mad. I had worthless sleep for the last half hour.

      WHY-OH-WHY are you ladies up so early?? I think I'd rather stick needles in my eyes than get up when the first number on the clock is a 4 or 5!! I'm hoping my yoga dvd comes soon and then I really will get up early to get my "ohm" on, lol! (is there a yoga smiley?)

      We have soccer tomorrow and then I think we're going to relax a little. I was thinking of surprising bf and taking him on a date night tomorrow night....we'll see what happens!

        Had a really good day yesterday!! No cheats and I'm planning on cooking lots this weekend to keep me on track. Weighed in this morning and I'm up 1lb from last thursday but my TOM is coming so I think that's part of the reason, that and I wasnt very strict with myself this week.

        FINALLY got the bf a Halloween costume last night (he always waits 'till the last minute) so I wont be the only one super dressed up this year.

        Rearranged the bedroom last night w. the bf, like it a lot better then it was, now I just need to get the kitchen all cleaned up today when I get home from work, our dishwashers been broken and dishes are just piling up, but bf fixed it last night..

        Our other roommate just got back into town last night and I'm really not excited about it lol he's messy and I hate picking up after him, I really wish he'd grow up and move out and his gf always parks behind me in the driveway so I get to wake her up at 6am to tell her to move her d*** car sorry I'm a little irritated today lol

        Anywho, I hope everyone has a great Friday and weekend! Drink lots of water!

          I wanted to post earlier today but fridays are such busy dyas for me the one day in the week its hard for me toworkout first thing. It's 1030 and I have already gone over the bank accounts did the budget paid all the bills 2 ihad to go out and pay in person went to the grocery store talka bout a good day i bought 89$ of food and only paid 41$ that sure helped my budget out this week. Now I'm back home on fridays I always cook a ton of food so I am busy doing that. I realy have to make sure I work out later today. I'll post later when I get that accomplished.

                Hello everyone. I am sitting here waiting for the severe thunderstorms to get here. It is very warm and dark and the wind is picking up so the storms can't be too far off. My daughter just called and her doctor has put her on disability. She is pregnant with twins and in her 32 week. The doctor says she is the size of a 39 week prenancy, poor daughter. I am giving her a baby shower on Sunday. I planned the menu before I restarted Atkins. We are having vegetable lasagna , Antipasto salad, bread, veggie platter and cake. I will try to stick to the legal stuff but I may cave and try a taste of the lasgna. I will just have to be more diligent next week to make up for it. I hope everyone has a great weekend. I may be too busy to get back here this weekend.

                  First day of my second time round. Friday seemed a good day to start cause if I feel kind of crappy without caffine, its still the weekend

                  I remember getting up early, can't wait to get back to that point.

                    My workout is done finally 75 crunches 45 squats and 35 minutes on the treadmill. Well its off to the store for me to get last minute halloween custome things. The big halloween party is this sat night so I better get a move on.
