Pls, honey, be honest. If you had a couple of bites of pop tart this morning, you are NOT back on. Your plan to be cheat-free for the rest of the day is good, though.
What is happening that gets you into these little "a bite here" things? Not having something to nosh on handy while you cook for others? Is there some sort of planning we can help you with?

Stupid worthless UTI....I gained back 1/2 pound yesterday.
And it's raining. So, I'm grouchy. And I'm tired. I had the alarm set for 7 am and the bf said he needed it set for 6:30 so he didn't have to rush. Alarm goes off. I wake him up. Doze back off. Few minutes later, I wake him up again. Doze back off. Few minutes later, I wake him up again. He gets pissy with me and tells me he's awake.
So when does he get out of bed? 7:04 am!!! Man, I was mad.
I had worthless sleep for the last half hour.
I think I'd rather stick needles in my eyes than get up when the first number on the clock is a 4 or 5!! I'm hoping my yoga dvd comes soon and then I really will get up early to get my "ohm" on, lol! (is there a yoga smiley?)
sorry I'm a little irritated today lol
