    Good Morning everyone! It's been a super morning so far I have had my breakfast, done my run and my challenges and am just about to shower and take my pics for the New year new you challenge .......

    Caleb(4) was supposed to go back to school today but woke up in the night with a high fever and bad croup so he is home today! Normal will come someday!!!!! LOL (a mothers fantasy) I have new pics of my grandkids that I will get in my journal later today aside from that not much going on in my life today! Same old same old ........ But it's not a problem for me I love routine!!!

      Morning all!

      Weighed in at 114.5 - still holding water... I am suppose to go to spin class today, but the instructor is kinda sucky. I don't want to waste my time - I want to WORK! I think I might run for 30min - then go to Yoga for an hour

      Ahhhhhhhhhhh, my 13 year old went back to school this morning - He's a great kid, love him like crazy, but he needed to go back

      Hope this week is starting out great for everyone!!

        I found an old Rodney Yee AM Morning Yoga VHS tape that I have never opened. I still have a VCR, so I'm going to try it today.
        Mitzi, I have done a few different at home yoga videos and Rodney Yee is definately one of my favourites. I have that a.m yoga and I liked it. Havent done yoga in a while..i should start again.

        also there are online 1 hour yoga exercises taht are quite good here http://www.yogatoday.com/

        I have so far stayed pretty much on track with the exception of a bit of alcohol on the weekend, and i think i ate far too much dairy yesterday (and my tummy let me know it!)

        got lots of legal foods in the house, and have my weights,ball, and exercise mat ready and waiting!

          Good Morning STACers,

          It's another grand day. Mondays! Gotta love them. Actually today is the 1st day of induction. Looking forward to it. 35 ugly pounds must go away!!! I wish everyone a wonderful day, and it is good to be back.

              Morning everyone! Back to somewhat normal around here at the moment. Kids have schoolwork to do and I get to keep researching.

              We are debating on doing birthday parties and then we need animals and so much other stuff. I love doing research about this stuff - I'd make a great researcher So now we are looking at more animals and so I need to decide what type of goats to get. I want to do milking demos but also want animals lil kids can pet.

              Ok - so it's been an hour or so since I started because of my pigs breaking out and having a ball....

              Whew - need to get started with my day... and I swear I feel like I already had a full day!

                Hey everybody!

                Well, I'm not glad it's Monday, but I like the routine of the workweek. Weekends are tough because I'm not as busy as I am during the week, which means more sitting around. I love sitting around, it's a nice mental break, but it's not so good for the body.

                Still on track, cleaning it up, cutting out whole grains for as long as I can manage. Whole grains are special occasion foods only. I'm expirementing with lower rung foods again, to see what intolerances/sensitivities I really do have. Fun stuff.

                Tonight is Boot Camp class! Whoohoo!

                  good morning! i am not sure if i am an official "stacer" but since i am "recommitting" today can i join? sounds like everyone is upbeat and set to go. i am off to get my first bottle of water and be at a doctor's appt at 8:30.....the lovely pelvic ultrasound. but the rest of my day looks great. looking forward to ridding myself of this "bloated toad" feeling and getting back into me regular workout routine. tomorrow it is back to work. great day everone!

                    Mitzi, I have Rodney Yee's AM/PM yoga too. It's okay. I recently started doing the Namaste Yoga that comes on the FitTV channel. If you have cable or satellite, you might have this. Otherwise, you can buy them from the website of the lady who produces them. I LOVE these workouts!

                        Hi! I'm feeling more like my old self again... which works out perfectly to start induction today... I hope I don't give myself another headache! I have a chiro apt 1st thing... I think I'll stop by the video store and check out some workout videos. I could use a few new ones... yoga sounds good!

                          Woo Hoo! I am on my 8th day of induction today and am down 2 lbs. this morning. Now if I can just get my dern ticker to work right!

                          Sounds like everyone has hit the floor running this morning. Me too! I already got a ½ hour walk in, downed a bottle of water and had breakfast. It is time skeedaddle to work and school.

                            Good Morning STAC'ers,

                            I have been bad- I don't know what is wrong with me.....I can't seem to get through a couple of days with out cheating.

                            Friday I went to the doctor and she was happy with my weight loss. We scheduled a MRI for my lower back (she thinks I may have a herniated disK causing me the pain & sciatica).... I also had a Migraine Saturday- I hadn't had one in months. It was so bad I had to take two Amerge tablets and I could still feel it lingering. Yesterday it was still there and today I can still feel it wanting to break through.

                            I am totally bloated and feel as if I have PMS- not sure if its the meds or the chocolate that I ate yesterday. My daughter totally chewed me out for cheating- I needed to hear it. Today is a new day and I am throwing away the left over Christmas candy, cleaning out my fridge and going shopping for fresh vegis, meats, and induction friendly desserts. I need to be prepared so I wont fail.

                            I also need to finish painting my family room before my husband gets home tonight.

                            Once again- trying to get back on track today and drink 100 oz of water.

                              Good afternoon everyone.. I feel like its been a full day already.. Lets see today is Day Number 5...still hanging in there..even though everything is going against me..

                              I was at the Lawyers office with my son at 8:30... He has to do community service and take a class BEFORE he goes to court.. So what does that mean? I will have to cart him around since they impounded his truck... This makes him sound like he was drinking and driving..but it was for spotlighting..hunting at night.

                              On top of this...yesterday Brittany informs me that she has a lump on her breast... Yep my 15 year old has a lump.. I am taking her to the doctor today at 2:30... I am praying its just a cyst or a fibroid.. 3 of her Aunts have them and so does her Nannie..

                              AND.. Not done yet.. I broke my tooth right before Christmas and figured it was my tooth that had a root canal on it..well now everytime I eat on that side its hurting.. Which means I need to go to the Dentist.. Did I mention I don't have insurance and NO money this month... UGH...

                                Afternoon, ya'll! The scale seems to be toying with my emotions. It says 129 which would put me more than halfway towards my goal. I think this is mostly just water because I don't see or feel much of a difference. I've been good all weekend, though! My only messup might have been last night, when I made these sugar-free peanut butter cookies. They had no flour and absolutely no sugar, BUT nuts aren't part of induction.. I only had 2, though! And they were really small.. but no more!

                                This morning I had a half cup of pumpkin for breakfast with a teaspoon of splenda. For snack I had a cheese stick, and for lunch it's 2 cans of tuna in mayo with celery. I'm thinking turkey burgers and salad for dinner. Gonna do another 20 minutes of lunges, situps and pushups today, since the soreness seems to be gone!
