It was delish! Thanks for the receipe - and so easy!

If you are planning on getting one - get one that has a removable insert - I can fill it up at night, keep it in the fridge and in the morning just put it back in and turn it on - it is such a huge timesaver. And mine goes in the dishwasher!

Do you guys use it in the summer as well - or is it a winter staple? I bought mine last fall and wondered - thanks!
Oh I use my all year round! The great thing about it is that it can roast a chicken or a pot roast without heating up the house like an oven does so you can use it in the summer too. One thing I like to do in the summer is because i work my "other job" during that time and I'm gone a lot, I make things like sloppy joes in the crock pot and put it on low all day and dh and ds can make themselves something to eat throughout the day. Now I'm gonna have to find a low carb sloppy joe recipe...another thing I do is make a spaghetti with meat sauce for the crock pot and then all they have to do is boil noodles when they're hungry.

I'll never boil them again!
I never thought of cooking artichokes in the crockpot! Thanks for the idea
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
