    Me too! I have quite the sweet tooth above anything else, so when I get a really bad, "SCREW THIS! I NEED A COOKIE!" I tell myself I can have it after my cup of coffee with cream and splenda. By the time I finish the cup, my sweet tooth has subsided and I'm thinking logically again. =)

      Morning!

      Off to playgroup in a bit - it's sunny and should be in the 50's today, so park time it is!

      Going to the gym after naptime. Plan on running for a bit and swimming for a nice looooooong time. Hitting the jacuzi and steam room afterwards.

        Hi all!!!!

        I hope you're all well!!! Everything's great here!!! I am not feeling too well today but that's not going to get me off track!!!! I am a little dizzy at its that TOM. Anyways, I had eggs this morning and then my lunch is just cucumbers and peppers (which sounds awful but I am low on cash until tomorrow's payday)! Then dinner tonight will be a whooshie pie!! I cannot wait!!!!!!

        Anyways! I cannot wait for Friday so I can have a restful weekend as well as get paid and stock up on Atkins friendly food!!!!

          morning yall!! tortilla bowls sound so good...i have been CRAVING carbs lately, last night during american idol a commercial for mcdonald's came on, and for some reason a big mac sounded delicious to me ! ew!!!

            I had to report back! One and a half days after the cupcake episode and my new menu, I'm back in ketosis! It usually takes me four days to get into ketosis after eating carbage. The scale also says that I'm down a pound, but I'm not counting it until I know its going to stay that way. I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but just maybe something I was eating was causing me to stall and I eliminated it when I changed my menu? The quick ketosis seems very promising though!



            Evermind - Yay for everyone complimenting you! You deserve it, especially with all the hard work you put in. You always inspire me! Thanks!!

            Looks like the whooshie fairy decided to show up! Congrats to those of you who had a loss!!

            Now off to make my yummy new salad with my yummy mayo dressing!

              Good Morning Everyone.. My day starts at 4am...Yes I hate it.. so I doubt I will be on here that early...

              I have decided that I am going to cut my hours at work.. I work for the school system... aide on a bus...But I am a sub...and its so hard on me.. physically.. I cannot for the life of me get back on track.. So I am going to cut some of my time next week and see if that will give me a little more time for me.. If that doesn't work I am going to quit all together...

              Yes I need the money but what good is it going to do if i am physically and mentally not healthy... The only person that can take care of me is ME!

                  I'm always late to say good morning... it's a gorgeous sunny day here in the California desert, the kids were playing outside on the teeter todder at 6:45 this morning, I love spring up here.

                  I have been to the gym for 3 days in a row this week after a hiatus since Christmas! Yay I'm so proud of myself!

                  Evermind: I did the same thing to my thumb a few years ago chopping cabbage… stitches in the fingers and hands are worse than childbirth I swear… hope it wasn’t too bad for you.



                  Maxine and Partytrouble: Who are you rooting for on AI? I kinda like the girl who sang that Carly Simon song last night.



                  Partytrouble: For some reason when I really sick I crave McDonald's.. I think it has something to do with good feelings and childhood, wanting to be nurtured or something along those lines. See how bad habits from childhood die hard?



                  Sandy: good for you, the best thing I ever did was quit my teaching job and started a P/T thing from home. We’re broke, but I see my kids grow up and have time to take care of “me”





                  Congrats to everyone else on each milestone.... can't wait for Friday!

                      good morning!!! i just have a second so i don't have time to say hi to all except to say...HI! today is day 4. i am lucky that i get into ketosis in 2 days! so this is my 2nd day of ketosis...i first dropped 2.5 pounds and i am UP one today. i know, i am NOT gonna freak out about it....just makes me wonder if i really lost the 2.5 or what....this is going to be a long slow process....the last part is the hardest!!!

                        Happy Thursday Everyone!

                        Well I don't know why I was so tired, went to bed at a decent hour instead of my usual 2 or 3am bedtime and I still work up late, 'round 10:45am. It's been beautiful here past couple days 75-80 degrees and sunny. I woke up and was hungry and heated up my leftovers from last night, sausage and cabbage and fried an egg to put on top. Well after I ate I realized I was supposed to weigh in for my end of induction results. Then I thought "supposed to" no I don't have to do anything! I'm enjoying this feeling that I'm "thinner" and even hubby when rubbing my back last night said he could tell. So this is EXACTLY what happened last time I was here. All the signs pointed to a weight loss but my scale said otherwise. So I think I'm just going to "weight" until the end of the no weigh challenge and have an end of re-induction weigh in...cuz that's how I roll! LOL!

                        Have a POSITIVE and HEALTHY day STACERS!

                            Evermind, when I got back onboard I went to buy a new knife since I knew I was going to be doing A LOT more cooking. In only 4 days of having the new knife I cut myself TWICE! Thankfully I didn't cut it deep enough for stitches. Long time ago I did from WASHING a sharp knife, the sponge slipped and the knife sliced my thumb, needed stitches AND a tetnus too so I feel ya pain!

                              I've got the PERFECT sweet tooth helpers cuz I have a dandy of a one, especially during TOM. (Thank god he's leaving today) My fruity sweet tooth is a jello cup with a little whipped cream and my chocolaty tooth is a canfield's diet chocolate fudge soda. Sometimes I put it in a frosty mug over ice with some cream like an ice cream soda! HTH!

                              PS. I love your realization pic and support group pics! I'm gonna steal that idea for my siggy too if ya don't mind!

                                Evermind, congrats on your continuing transformation!! Of course it's a daily thing, but once in a while you get those great days where all the hard work seems to pay off at once! You deserve the compliments. It must have been through the usual daily choices, some not so easy, and your determination to make it happen.

                                Bask, woman, bask!

                                And then let it carry you thru some more of those choices that are ahead. And thanks for reminding us all that we WILL experience those days!
