Me too! I have quite the sweet tooth above anything else, so when I get a really bad, "SCREW THIS! I NEED A COOKIE!" I tell myself I can have it after my cup of coffee with cream and splenda. By the time I finish the cup, my sweet tooth has subsided and I'm thinking logically again. =)

The scale also says that I'm down a pound, but I'm not counting it until I know its going to stay that way. I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but just maybe something I was eating was causing me to stall and I eliminated it when I changed my menu? The quick ketosis seems very promising though!
