    Good Monday---Afternoon for me here! LOL! Off to run errands, then hit the treadmill. Gonna make a hamburger and veggie casserole for dinner. Can't weigh myself until Saturday after the challenge! ACK! But I need this challenge to wean myself off the scale, it has too much power over me right now and I can't let that happen! Did the monthly budget and things will be tight for us for this month, I sure hope that doesn't affect my WOE. In the past when money got tight and we needed to stretch the food, lots of pasta and sandwhiches were consumed. Carb city! UGH! I just gotta figure out how to make the meat and veggies stretch. Maybe just by what's on sale yk? Okay I better run, I'll be back online later to read all the Monday roll calls!

        I haven't checked in, in awhile but wanted to let you know I am thinking of you guys and trying to get back on track. Today I have done great so far.
