Today is going to be a rough day. Woke up way incredibly late. Didn't have time to make breakfast or make lunch. I didn't have anything premade so nothing I could just grab n go. Normally I do have something I can grab but today I didn't. So to keep myself from starving I ate some fruit. Of course the only fruit available is oranges, apples, and bananas. Fruit I'm not allowed and so high on the GI that I know it will throw my whole body out of whack. I'm able to eat some peanuts to try to counter it and get some fat but this is just rough. After work I'm gonna work out to try to burn it off and have a really good dinner. I'm drinking massive amounts to counter it all but I can feel my body is not happy. Grr.
