    Good morning.

    I'm making eggs and sausage for bfast and premaking my lunch... Preparing myself for another day...

    One day at a time. Every day is a new beginning.

    I hope everyone has a renewed desire to make to make today better than yesterday, and a drive to make tomorrow even better than today.

    Ok.. I am making this my official restart day again. I have been struggling all Summer to stay true to this WOE and it is definitely taking it's toll. I have gained 10 pounds since my last post and am absolutely miserable. I have to do this!

        checking in...wrist is in a splint so its hard to type.. Treating me like its Carpal Tunnel but its the other muscle in my wrist on the right side

            Good morning everyone!

            I'm on day 3 of induction and hanging in there.

            I made sausage "muffins" for breakfast and I have green beans for a mid-morning snack. Lunch will probably be a bunless cheeseburger and side salad.

            Hope everyone else is doing good as well!

              Morning!!!

              Off to (surprise!) the gym in a bit. I have really been enjoying my runs lately - might bump it to 45min. No weights today.

              Sooooooooo.... Someone is coming down from Denver to check out the liquor store today - OMG -I want it to sell!!! Keep your fingers crossed! Although it's a little scary, I think it's exciting to think about the next chapter or adventure. We'll see!!!

              Mimom - you can do this! Hop back on the Atkins train and get your spin class on!

              Pls - I also hope things are better

              Sandy - Sorry about your wrist! Certainly makes any normal daily activity that much harder - hope it gets better soon!

                hello!

                day 7, still going.

                I saw video of myself last night and it RUINED my good day. any slight desire to cheat, if there was any at all, is GONE. that was the only upside.

                and I'm down 4 lbs so far. one more week of induction. I think I'll make it two!

                  Tomorrow is my first Weigh Day so I'll be extra careful today... NO pork rinds today. I want the sodium DOWN!

                  I have a plan for today, too, PLSMACHIC.

                  Breakfast will be a couple of hard boiled eggs.
                  Lunch-tuna and mayo
                  Supper-Sauteed Chicken Tenders, sauteed cauliflower, salad...

                  Snacks will be a cream cheese muffin, celery, string cheese.

                  That's about 15 grams of net carbs.
                  I'll drink a gallon of water.
                  I'll walk/run an hour tonight.
                  Oh, and two cups of hot, unsweetened green tea.

                    Good Morning!

                    Well I am heading into day 6 and feeling pretty good. I did get a headache yesterday but I think it was all that fighting off the urge to get a milkshake at Sonic. We just got a new one where we live and I took my daughter there after seeing the play "Harvey" at our local college. I fought back though and told myself it would not be worth it to chuck everything that I have accomplished so far. So I took the diet coke from her meal deal and got her the milkshake. Whew! made it past that one.

                    Sandy sorry to hear about your wrist. I know it must be painful. Hope you feel better soon.

                    Steady...those photos and videos have a way of shocking you into reality don't they? I had my shock about a week ago when I saw pictures of myself at the beach. Oh that has got to go I said to myself and anyone else in this house who would listen. It was very traumatic!

                    Colleen....hope you get your wish and the store sells. Keeping my fingers crossed and sending good thoughts your way. BTW..love your picture you have a beautiful family.

                    Hello to Sarah, Glenda, Jill, PLS. I'm waving to you guys and wishing you an awesome day. Kelly didn't mean to miss you. Good luck on weigh day!!!!

                      Good afternoon!! Hope everyone's day is going well and that everyone has been able to stay on track so far This is my first time checking in here... this is the beginning of my 3rd (and probably final) week of Induction. I'm so glad to be back on Atkin's -- I just love this food and never being hungry! You could say it's going pretty well. I lost a bit slower this past week, but I'm still down 8 lbs so I'm pretty happy about it. My goal for this week is just to lose another 2 lbs, but I'll also be taking another measurement of my inches this weekend and that's what I'm really looking forward to!!

                      I wish you all the best this week and I can't wait to get to know you better. I love this board!

                        Hi ya'll!! *waves at her twinnie* Jumping in here too I'm also on Week 3 of Extended Induction and looking forward to moving to OWL.

                        I was so excited to learn of the STAC forum here at ADBB yesterday! (Thanks to Mitzimarie). This is my second time also and I'm so glad to see that we aren't the only ones!

                          Hello! Well started my day off with an omelet w/spinach and 2 sausage links. I had some tuna w/mayo on a bed of lettuce for lunch. For dinner, I'm thinking a steak and salad to finish off the day w/ a glass of milk.

                          Hope everybody's started off good! Welcome to the new STACers! Isn't it great getting back on track?

                            Welcome to you. Glad you are here. Looking forward to getting to know you too. Love the pics Sassy. MitziMarie is quite an inspiration isn't she? She is looking so good.

                            Well girls (any guys if there are any) I am working on my last diet Dr. Pepper in the house right now. I am determined to try and cut back on the soda. I am not going to go to the store and buy any more and keep it in the house. I will only order it when we go out to restaurants and maybe not even then. I am interested in challenging myself a little more. We will see what happens.

                              Thanks for all the encouraging words! I sure do need them. Colleen.. I am planning on doing spinning class 6 days this week. (Lets see if that happens)

                              Here is my menu so far today..

                              Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg
                              Snack: Pepperoni (2 thin slices) and 1 slice Colby/Jack cheese
                              Lunch: Broc/Cali Hamburger Cream cheese mix
                              Dinner: Not sure

                              I know I read this somewhere.. How do you get the exact amount of carbs your eating on fitday? I had cauliflower and it says it is 9 carbs.. What??
