No weights today.


This is my first time checking in here... this is the beginning of my 3rd (and probably final) week of Induction. I'm so glad to be back on Atkin's -- I just love this food and never being hungry! You could say it's going pretty well. I lost a bit slower this past week, but I'm still down 8 lbs so I'm pretty happy about it. My goal for this week is just to lose another 2 lbs, but I'll also be taking another measurement of my inches this weekend and that's what I'm really looking forward to!!

I'm also on Week 3 of Extended Induction and looking forward to moving to OWL.
