Good morning, everyone!! Stopping by to check in. On plan but stuck again! Have to pound the pavement a little more. Hoping everyone has great day! Just a few more days until the weekend!!






. I know I did a boo boo last friday, but I have been on plan since and actually got right back into ketosis after 2 days...I have a feeling I am retaining water though because I am not a salty eater usually and I had bacon yesterday at breakfast AND in my caesar salad last night. I am on the no weigh in challenge so I have to wait another week to see if I get results...I am pretty bummed...
