    Good morning, everyone!! Stopping by to check in. On plan but stuck again! Have to pound the pavement a little more. Hoping everyone has great day! Just a few more days until the weekend!!

    I'm stuck too. No losses to report this morning again, despite what I though was a very active day and strict adhereance to the the plan. Can't be a loser every day, but I expected something this morning. I worked my butt off yesterday. Who knows, maybe a whooshie is in my future. We'll try again tomorrow. I've been at 204.6 for awhile, but I don't claim 204 until it's 204.0. No worries, I know it's working. The pork shoulder I smoked over the weekend turned out awesome. I wish I could share. Maybe I'll organize a Northern Florida/Southeast Georgia Atkins BBQ. Other websites have get togethers, maybe I'll try for one here this spring/summer.

      That would be a blast! My husband and I are hoping to get to Hilton Head for Memorial Day with our 3 year old, but we are also adopting again, and waiting for an invitation to travel to Russia in March. I hope to have a good handle on this by then,so I will have less chance to stray.Good morning all! I have a few issues- terrible insomnia...and constipation-what a fun combo! As I don't know if I lost anything, as I committed to weigh in only once a week, I can only hope and stick to the plan. I went to sleep easily at 9:30 and was wide awake by 2:00 a.m.... Got back to sleep around 5 to be awakened by my daughter at 6-Ouch! I treid to post my picture and don't think it did post as I can't see it. Can someone verify? Maybe if it did not, I can ask someone at work to help. Have a great dat all!

        P.S. I apologize for not using spell check. So used to using Facebook where there is no spell check. I never took typing in HS or College, and I make a lot of mistakes... I know it can be annoying!

          Morning everyone. Just a quick check in this morning, still on plan, had a good loss when I checked the scales yesterday, that was a nice surprise. Reaffirming my committment to this way of eating, and will up my water intake today. Hope everyone has a great, on-plan day!

            Good morning StACers! I've strayed a little in the past 2 weeks and gained 6 lbs! But I went back to induction yesterday and today I'm down 4 lbs so I'm feeling pretty good about that!

              Good morning everyone!
              So I am making flax muffins today.... I will have to admit I wish it were a bowl of oats instead. The people at work all eat maple & bs oatmeal in the morning. I walk into the break room and want to just die from the aroma in there. It just smells so good.

              I have to admit there are just things I miss so much. I once craved lasagna and this women popped in and gave me a low carb version... it was wonderful. Now my eyes are set on a sweet potato - any suggestions? And of course the oats...

                Good morning all. Today was official weigh-in day and I am totally disappointed. I am up 1lb . I know I did a boo boo last friday, but I have been on plan since and actually got right back into ketosis after 2 days...I have a feeling I am retaining water though because I am not a salty eater usually and I had bacon yesterday at breakfast AND in my caesar salad last night. I am on the no weigh in challenge so I have to wait another week to see if I get results...I am pretty bummed...

                  Hi everyone! Still on plan and lost a (very) little bit. Today I have promised myself I will drink at least 2 of the 1.5 liter bottles of water that I bought...NO diet caffeine free sodas until I've done it! And I will NOT give into the temptation that is Mardi Gras!

                    Good morning all! Checking in after the long weekend. We had lots of activity around food this weekend, and I'm happy to say that getting on the scale today and staying the same weight, made me feel good. I would've felt better if I had lost, but with all the extra food over the weekend, at least I controlled myself to stay the same. Hopefully I'll lose some the next few days, being back on my normal eating routine.

                        Happy Tuesday STAC'ers.

                        I am feeling a little sleepy again. I don't know why I am waking up feeling run down. This has been going on for about a week. Maybe I need to drink more water??? I have been gettin about 80 oz maybe I should aim for 100?

                        Today I will make another quiche to have on hand, work on my sales meeting presentation (Thursday), aim for 45 minutes on the Wii, and pick up the house. I need tp clean my bedroom/organize my closet and dressers again (seems like I just did that a couple of weeks ago but it must have been a month now).

                        Anyway- I hope everyone has a great productive day.

                          Here is something for you all to have a little laugh over....

                          Last night I asked my husband if I had back boobies....It was so funny to see the look on his face. For the most part he is very kind to me about my body... but this really threw him for a loop. He had no idea what I was talking about, not to mention where to look for them. (I know I have them... but wanted to see what he would say) We both just had to laugh.

                            No weight change for me. Day 5 of no soda no artificial sweenters. I was hoping that change would have an efffect on the scale but not so far. Physically I do feel better so that's the best part.

                            I'm a bit down today. It's been raining a lot here so that may be part of it. I can't run outside and my treadmill is boxed in the garage due to a recent move. ugh. I need to run!!
